Buongiorno!🦄Oggi per me ritorno ai vecchi tempi...ovvero allenamento casalingo! 🏋🏽‍♀️☹ mi inventerò qualcosa di carino da fare, magari un circuito...ho a disposizione soltanto un bilanciere con due dischi da 5kg (quindi peso totale 18kg😕😳) due manubri da 2kg ciascuno 🤣🤣, una corda,lo stepper e il tappetino! A dir poco ridicolo come materiale, ma ci si adatta!😅

I am in need of some new running shoes - any reccomendations ?? As in just over 12 weeks time I will be running a half marathon 🙊🤞 so it's time to up my running game and change my training style. It's going to be a challenge but I'm looking forward to switching it up 😊 starting with a 30 min run this morning - I have definitely lost my pace.

There are a lot of comments about training in the morning having more benefits then training in the evening, however there is no actual science behind this! 
Exercising at 6am or 6pm doesn't matter, it's down to your preferred time and when you're able to! The main thing is you are exercising and enjoying it! Don't get caught up in fasted cardio for this results and late night sessions for these results!
