Good morning everyone☀️💖 today’s breakfast is one of my all time favorite “on the go” breakfasts, CHOC CHIA SEED PUDDING!🤩 it’s so convenient during my school week cuz I just make it the night before and grab it in the morning✨✨ To make this you’ll need:
-1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
-2 tbs. chia seeds
- unsweetened cocoa powder to taste (I put a little under 1 tbs.)
-cinnamon to taste

Good morning babes and happy FRIYAY! The best day of the week is finally here! It has gone by SO quick, but I’m so ready for today and can’t wait to get going! I’m all ready for school and it’s time for some breakfast! I am fueling up with: a 2% plain Greek yogurt (Fage) with one mashed/chilled sweet potato, chia pudding (chia seeds + water), @traderjoeslist PB, frozen blueberries, coconut chips, and cinnamon! 😛💦✨ I feel like the more I try these newer meals, the more I’ll feel comfortable and start to like them more and more! It’s different, but good, so I’m going to try it again! Not only that, it’s super simple to make and then throw together in the morning. It REALLY helps me to have all my food ready the night before (if I haven’t already said that a million times 🤷🏻‍♀️) and it REALLY reduces my fear and anxiety surrounding what or how I am eating. Ask for today, I’m headed to school and then to the gym for my “jumpy”/higher-ish volume leg day. This is my FAVORITE day for lower -body, as strength is HARD and it’s what I need the most improvement on. My more plyometric-focused days get me SO sweaty and SO pumped, so I am stoked to get after it and train my (lack of) booty off! 🍑 Hey, I’m working on it. Really. With the recent increases in my intake and caps on my training lengths I am FEELING better in all aspects of my health. My digestion has improved, I’m less sad/moody, I’m hungrier more frequently, my training sessions feel more fueled/energized, and I KNOW that I have no choice but to keep going. 👊🏻 Something I REALLY want to work on is my concept of time equaling quality. Some days are going to elicit longer it shorter sessions. I plan out my workout the night before and have it set in my head that I will do head/handstands for “x” amount of time, be at the gym for an hour and a half no matter what, stretch and foam-roll every night, and it’s honestly setting myself up for failure. No days are going to be the exact same. My second semester for some of my classes is HARD. With AP tests, as well, these next couple of months are going to be insane and unpredictable. I MUST accept that change is going to happen. When

If you've been following us this week, we've been blasting the benefits of chia seeds. You may be doing the #madewithprana chia challenge with us, or just getting your daily dose of info, either way don't worry, we're going to ease back after this week (we definitely don't want to overdo it). _

So, today is all about getting creative, and @pranabio sent us this amazing little cookbook, and this AMAZING healthy, #vegan Italian Probiotic Chia Dressing was in it. 
_

We made a batch at the beginning of the week, and now are just looking for meals to add this dressing to. So far, the obvious is salads, but we've also added it to sautéed veggies, used it as a dip for oven baked sweet potato fries (our fav so far), and have even added it to pesto pasta! 
_

3/4 cup oil of choice (we use avocado)
1 Tbsp whole Proactiv Chia seeds
1 cup fresh tomato
3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp tamari 
1 Tbsp maple syrup 
1/2 Tbsp dried oregano
1 garlic clove (we added 2, because.... garlic)
sea salt and pepper 
Add to blender and blend until smooth.

I was up bright and early this morning (6:15 to be exact) for a shift at the gym on campus before classes today. I knew I wouldn’t have much time after work to eat, and I get cranky when I’m hungry, so I knew I had to bring something with me to work. •

Making oats the night before is one of the easiest ways to save time, especially if you need something to grab and go. I combined a cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tsp of chia seeds, 1/3 cup oats, and some almond milk in a cup with a lid and left it in the fridge overnight. I packed up a banana and some Bear Naked granola in my bag and was all set this morning- no fuss! With a busy schedule, quick and easy meals like this are my go-to!

Sometimes the stars align, the berries are on sale, and I have all the good toppings for a smoothie bowl in the house. The hardest part about using a green smoothie as a meal replacement is that I didn't get to chew on anything but smoothie bowls are the best remedy to that problem and I look forward to it, especially when I have blueberries. This one is honey-free because Elliott likes sharing it with me 🍌

Смысл в том, что нужно выбрать 8-часовое окно для приема еды и 16-часовое окно для голодания. Для меня идеально работает время 🕚11:00-19:00, за которое я съедаю мою норму калорий. Это даже голоданием назвать сложно, т.к. целый день совсем не чувствуешь голода. Вот так просто.

Часть полезнейших продуктов (на фото), которые я внесла в свой рацион:
🥗Chia seeds. Мой любимый завтрак - чиа пудинг. Чередую с тостами из авокадо и шпинатом.
🥗Quinoa. Для обеда и ужина. Попробовала красную, чёрную и ещё puffed quinoa cereal (попкорн из киноа? такой перевод видела🤷‍♀️).
🥗Hemp hearts (семена конопли) - не имеют ничего общего с наркотическими веществами. Добавляю по чуть-чуть (т.к. калорийные) в йогурты, тосты, салаты, пудинги и т.д. Это суперфуд из суперфудов.
🥗Spirulina. Уже был у меня пост про пользу этих водорослей. И цвет моя любовь😍, да ещё и в еде❤️.
🥗Matcha powder. Опрос в сториз показал, что многие не любят матчу. Я тоже неоднозначно отношусь к ней. Стало популярно добавлять в выпечку, но я не могу её есть🤢. А вот приготовленное дома латте пью с удовольствием. Хотите рецептик? Матча содержит большое количество антиоксидантов, ускоряет метаболизм, даёт энергию до 6-ти часов, что прекрасно может заменить кофе.
