Staying consistent in training by limiting downtime due to niggles, strains, injuries, or illness is the key to to improvement. It's the time between the workouts that is the most important part - recovery. Thankful to have the support of the @chilledcryospa to keep me feeling good and healthy, especially for those tough few days of trying to recover from injury. Only missed a few days of running and was able to be back in time for a key marathon workout, the longest long. Three weeks to go, final tuneup underway.
