Anger has to be set free, same with fear, shame, sadness and guilt..
Anger can be transformed in good energy by working in garden, by cleaning the house, by working out, by doing yoga or simply going for a long walk or a run. Fear has to be faced and by that we can overcome it and set this stagnant energy free. Shame can be transformed in writing, singing, drawing, painting or some other creative way of self expression.. ofcourse the hardest one is to go and talk to someone who pops in your mind when you feel shame. Same goes with sadness and guilt. Art comes from unspoken words, from painful experiences that can't be fixed by just hoping it would go away. Art is just heart talking to many people, that find it familiar with their feelings and somehow art heals and fixes things, because it makes us feel like we are not the only one.. and in fact we are not.. we are all in this together.. we are all healing one another.. you are walking artwork for many.. keep on healing ..
We all come to this planet alone and leave alone.. when we feel sad we want to be alone, same is when we get angry.. yet at the same time our hearts beg for someone to be with us at the hardest times yet it's too hard to bare the truth and let someone see how weakness is taking over us and how emotions are winning over us.. it's important to remember that we are all together in this.. loneliness, temporary sadness, temporary anger, temporary pain.. whatever comes, eventually leaves.. my only wish from the bottom of my heart is that you make someone laugh today.. may it be your goal for life..🙏🏼
