Spoiler alert: We love coffee. We like to drink it and we like to put it in beer (which we like to drink as well). In fact, we love it so much that we go to great lengths to get the freshest coffee possible to put in said beer. This is Java Storm, our Imperial Coffee Porter, which is also the base beer for Vanilla Storm. This beer is ALL ABOUT THE COFFEE! We get Kona Coffee flown in from (you guessed it!) Kona, Hawaii. We time our coffee shipment as close as possible to the day we put it into the beer. The farm we work with in Hawaii roasts the coffee in the morning and ships it overnight that afternoon. We get it the following day and what you see is what you get (hint: It’s not really lobsters in there). We grind the coffee as soon as we receive it and cold steep immediately for 24 hours. The next day we shoot that tincture into the beer and voila! Coffee Magic. 48 hours from being roasted in paradise, to being infused in our beer.

We've been so busy brewing and cleaning and brewing and cleaning and cleaning and cleaning that we almost forgot to tell you what's now available!
We canned a big run of our Ground Level coffee milk stout featuring coffee from our friends @lucasroastingco in Wolfeboro. We hope to brew this beer throughout the winter, but no telling how long this first batch will last.
We also canned a very limited supply of Darkest Before Dawn, our 7.1% ABV Black IPA with Mosaic and El Dorado. Despite being canned Wednesday, we are down to less than 30 cases of this beer. So if you see it and you want it, snag it now!
Both beers are available at our restaurant in 6-pack, 12oz cans and at fine beer stores across the state.
