We're told by society to "play hard to get," "act cool," and "pretend you don't care." But why do that? So your ego can feel better? 🙄 So you can feel like that's what your supposed to do?
Show your emotions. Be proud of them.

Today’s workout was insane. Several times I wanted to stop and just do something different. I stuck with it because I owed to to myself. The more I push myself the prouder I am when I accomplish these task. The best part of my work it was the push ups. I had to do them on my knees as there were a lot but it felt good to at least have the strength In my arms and wrists to get them done. 😁
Some of yo may I am just another person posting sweaters selfies. That’s not me, I’m not putting my pictures out there for a pat on the back, I’m putting them out there to say if I can do this so can you. I want you to be inspired and motivated to challenge yourself to be the best version of you.
All you have to do is put aside the excuses and take the first step. It will be hard but you will be so proud of yourself for doing it.

I've been feeling pretty exhausted lately, a kind of tired that's more than physical... we've got 5 amazing groups going through our Face Forward Programme 👊 and at the same time we've been putting together My MOJO - our very first digital product. 🙆 So frikkin exciting, and such a frikkin learning curve. 🤓 Today reminded me how important it is to practice what I preach...and to STOP. 🤚 To have balance.💓 To breathe. My favorite way to spend my Saturday morning. A cup of coffee, reading a motivating book and snuggling under a blanket.
As I’m finishing up my book this morning I can across this line ...at the end of the day, we are the only ones responsible for our actions, and we need to stop looking outside ourselves for the change.
For most of my life I looked at others for validation, was I doing the right thing, were my actions socially acceptable, you get the picture.
Recently I made a change, I chose to start strengthening my voice and my beliefs about me so that I could look to myself to know where I stood. I am choosing to stop basing my life based on the opinions of others. This is not an easy decision, it takes work but just like the quote says, at the end of the day I am the one responsible for my actions.
