How we think about the time we have in a day. Those are the transformations that create a lifetime of change as you continue each day learning more about how capable you are of great things! The 21/90 Rule
I always tell new clients to 'trust in the system' for 3 months....but....3 months is a long time for a new person to this lifestyle to commit. They THINK they can because, really, who couldn't do 3 months?....until they start.
First you DECIDE.....then you COMMIT....then you START.....that's the hardest part....but THEN....you have to KEEP GOING!!! (hence the term 'Lifestyle') So....if we break it down to the first month (give or take = 21 days) to CREATE THAT HABIT.....then it's not so daunting.
Then comes the "Well, I've just done 3 weeks....I can finish this month"
Then...."Well heck! Yay me! I just completed a whole month!!" (celebrate the victories along the way)....YESSSSS!!!! "ok...I've got this....I'll do another 21 to my 90" ....and so the process begins again for the next month......to celebrate ANOTHER VICTORY!! One more month....."Well, I haven't come this far to throw it all away! AND I'm feeling pretty darn good" "I've got this!!" The next thing you know, your 90 days are up....and you're on your way to a new & improved LIFESTYLE.

I always work out first thing in the morning, but that didn't happen today. So instead, it happened tonight. Why?? Because I made a commitment to myself, and I am that important.
Sound selfish? Nope. ❌
We women spend our lives making, and fulfilling, commitments to everyone else. So why are we programmed to feel selfish when we keep one to ourselves?
I'm calling bullsh!$ 🔉🔊 Cuz here's the thing: if I don't feel good, if I'm not healthy AND happy (I know, can you believe I want both?!), if I give so much to others and so little to myself that I'm bitter and resentful....am I really any good to anyone?? That 30 minutes of ME time fills my cup ☕️ and allows me to spill it over to those I love and care for. If you ask me, that's priceless.

Yes, the fifth exercise is suppose to have one plate on the bar. 🤣 You can see how the offset weight causes me to activate more motor neurons resulting in more muscle fibers being activated. Lately, I've been nursing a sore knee and the worst thing that I could do is to stop exercising, (tempted but no). Right now no group high impact workout routines and no running for a while. Tips: Keep reading 👇👇
1. Try to keep your knees 1 inch off the ground in the tuck position. In the tuck position your knees should be bent to 90 degrees and hip hinge at 90 degrees. Focus on keeping your abs engaged.
2. You can start with both feet on the ground but challenge your self to hover your leg when your hips are squared off (aka hips parallel to the ground). 3. Walk out as far as you can with out allow your lower back to collapse diving your hips to the ground. You can modify this exercise by planking from your knees.
