I️ may L O V E to shop till I️ drop but at the end of the day I’m much happier being financially stable and out of debt looking toward the future with excitement and hope for my family.
I’d definitely suggest looking into @daveramsey #FinancialPeaceUniversity courses if you’re in a rut like I’ve been. I’m an emotional, impulsive shopper and it really helped me begin to understand how to properly manage my finances based on my beliefs and aspirations for mine and my families future. I’m still a work in progress but I’m so much better than I used to be! 👍🏻 ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
I’ve got a money tip for the goofballs like me…
Freeze your credit, literally.
If you are having trouble controlling your credit card use, but don't want to cut up your credit card in case you need it at some point, freeze your credit card in a bag of water. Needing to thaw your card will force you to really consider the purchase before you make it!
This feels a bit silly… but it might just work!

After several ideas and explorations, our client EntrustPay finally selected this design.
EntrustPay is an online payment security system with multiple layers of protection targeting e-commerce websites and other platforms where customers need to pay with their cards. --------------------------------------------------------------
The concept of the logo is focused on EntrustPay's several layers of security, hence two shields which prevents hackers and other phishing elements from getting customers' card information. The card passing through the inner shield also portrays the protection of the users' information from being collected and stored by the website they purchase on. This way, no one but the users can keep their card information.
The font complements this look, adding a simple yet professionally classy feel that makes the brand image stick at first glance.
We'll be showing you how good this logo looks on brand materials soon. 😉

Ok here's the situation...I owe $9800 on a 2014 Chev Cruze with 115,000 miles. The loan has a 6.75% interest rate. KKB value $7500 private party $5900 trade in. This is my largest debt so therefore my last to pay off in BS2. The car has been in two serious accidents and has/is breaking down in some way every 6 months. My thought is that after I pay my consumer debt - I should look into trading this car in and taking on a new loan at a lower interest rate and hopefully with the same balance or near the same balance as my current vehicle - then gazelle attack the loan from there. The reason I said this is because the 2014 isn't going to last me more than 3 more years of use (if I'm lucky). I drive A LOT and this thing has been through the ringer and continues to have issues after issues. My thought is that I keep my eye out on a good deal for a 2 year old or so car with decently low miles and get rid of this bad interest rate and bad car...I just don't want to pay off a car to only have it breakdown a year later...I'm torn.
A sinking fund to pay for a whole car isn't really possible on my salary. I take home less than $18,000 a year so it is going to take me at least a year (at over half my income toward debt) to pay off the loan I currently have in the first place. I CAN start a sinking fund for cash toward this new loan if I do this. So maybe by the time I'm ready to trade this car in I will have some cash to make up for my negative equity.
I AM ALSO...planning on putting a good chuck of my tax refund into my auto loan so I can make up some negative equity

Digital currency and payments have been around for a lot longer than you might think. The first digital, or crypto, the currency was invented in 1983. Popular mobile payment options like PayPal, which debuted in 1998, have been around for a while. More recent competitors, like Google Wallet, introduced in 2011, and Apply Pay, launch in 2014, are still picking up steam.
