We get asked this quite a bit, does a knee sleeve help? It really is just a band aid , it will help to keep you going if you want to continute with your training. It will not however deal with the reasons for your injury. You will still need a proper assessment and treatment plan to allow you to recover from your injury.

All of our online programs are built up around tests.
No matter what the program is, each block of training focuses on a test that encapsulates the primary goal.
In the case of the gymnastics program, the goal is to establish and build solid fundamentals. So we broke our first test into a series of challenges to measure the strength of a clients midline, their ability to push, and their ability to pull.
This shapes the block of training ahead. Once we know where we are at and what stronger looks like, the steps (workouts) that lead you there become clear to us.
