Posting some older video cause I can only dream about going to the gym right now. I worked out the total of 2 times this past week ...I have not only finals going on but I also got some bad flu๐Ÿค’ ๐Ÿ˜ญ

I train abs 2/3 times a week. Nutrition is an important part of flat tummy but to develop a 6pack you need to train your muscles ! Here are some of the exercises I really enjoy ! 
1. Mountain climbers 
2.plank twists
3. Elbow to hand plank 
4. Toe touches 
Try doing 30 seconds of each and repeat the circuit 3 times ! Let's get that 6pack !!!! ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•

Hanging leg raises superset with sit ups from a glute-ham station. When im hitting these leg raises, im trying to focus hard on not swinging my body during each rep. Iโ€™m also working hard to maintain constant tension in my abs during the whole process. If you focus more on making each rep count, you probably wonโ€™t be able to do as many reps til failure, but the point is to get results not more reps. On the sit ups, Iโ€™m not only brining my body up on each rep, Iโ€™m trying to curl into a โ€œCโ€ shape at the top of each rep. No matter which an exercise Iโ€™m performing, Iโ€™m ALWAYS trying to contract as hard as possible by breathing out hard AF. This breathing has always helped me get more out of each rep and I feel Iโ€™ve got better results because of it. Try hitting 8 super sets like this. Yes, I said 8. You want an amazing physique? I see quite a lot of people doing crunches wrong and they end up putting way too much pressure on their neck which can lead to injury. Quite often people tend to crunch into a ball shape and bend their neck towards their stomach. Not only does this not engage your abs entirely but it also puts quite a bit of strain on your neck.

The best way to engage your entire core without putting strain on your neck is to look up at the ceiling the entire time and keeping a neutral spine. What you will realise is that it is way more harder and your abs will be engaged the entire time. Hope that helps you out next time you do crunches! ๐Ÿ’ช

Day 1! Also yesterday was my last day for my 2nd 30 day challenge ๐Ÿ’ช. The pics are from Nov. 12 to Dec 13. I'm feeling great and more confident with my body and self it's so great โค. I have my next 30 day challenge set already, that's the one I start today. Ill post it later on today after I do the work out I came up with and ๐Ÿ“ write on how I feel about it. Also I do eat what I want just not as much an example could be is I use to eat 4 slices of pizza ๐Ÿ•, now I eat 2 slices. I also use to be a constant soda drinker not anymore! it's all about that  water๐Ÿ’ง! 100% fruit juice ๐Ÿ‡, and herbal teas ๐ŸŒฟ have been my thing lately. Tips, suggestions, or questions for me? That core workout was killer. My core has always been an area of weakness for me. Hanging leg raises superset with sit ups from a glute-ham station. When im hitting these leg raises, im trying to focus hard on not swinging my body during each rep. Iโ€™m also working hard to maintain constant tension in my abs during the whole process. If you focus more on making each rep count, you probably wonโ€™t be able to do as many reps til failure, but the point is to get results not more reps. On the sit ups, Iโ€™m not only brining my body up on each rep, Iโ€™m trying to curl into a โ€œCโ€ shape at the top of each rep. No matter which an exercise Iโ€™m performing, Iโ€™m ALWAYS trying to contract as hard as possible by breathing out hard AF.
