3sp afternoon snack. 🍓🍓🍓(0sp), light babybel (1sp), Halloween pretzels (1sp), and 6oz Lunchmate oven roasted turkey breast (1sp). also ate 1/4 of an Enlightened Rice Krispie (2sp). Thank goodness for #teamdonteatallthefood because that's all I want to do today. I will stay strong. Gotta right the wrong that was last weekend #accountability
Well time for a Wheelchair Update. This is either a blessing in disguise or I have bad luck. I'm really going for blessing in disguise. Most of you know that I've been working toward getting a manual wheelchair. Well on my way to physical therapy today my electric wheelchair broke down and will not move. I currently have a Dr appt tomorrow morning, in which I'll be using my backup wheelchair. Which sucks because my body can't handle such an old design for more than fifteen minutes. This last 12 hour time span has sucked. I wasn't able to go to the gym last night due to a timing issue, however I did do what I could here at home.
