The IF is certainly a simple and effective way to get you into a calorie restriction and, as you will, you will clash with many common places or popular beliefs, such as having a meal every 3 or 4 hours, making abundant Breakfast, do not fast to escape muscle catabolism, avoid carbohydrates in the evening for fattening, etc. ⛔

It has been repeatedly demonstrated that intermittence between feeding and fasting has resulted in a lower lean mass loss than a diet with the same number of kcal; Instead in the normal caloric regimen loss of fat and increase in muscle mass.

J'avais décidé de changer 💪. - 16 janvier : début du ré-équilibrage alimentaire et première séance du TBC1...
Bordel les courbatures le lendemain 😂
Les abdos étaient une horreur 🤦‍♀️
- 29 janvier : 1er run accompagnée de Julie (ou crapaud pour les intimes 😜). Elle a été la dès le début à me soutenir moi et mes coups de gueule la pauvre même moi j'étais saoulé de moi 😱😂 . 
Alors à toi mon amie un grand merci !!!

Catastrophique ! Un supplice !
Les semaines passent et se ressemblent. Boulo/sport/dodo. 
Les kilos s'envolent petit à petit et mon corps change doucement mais sûrement. 
Plus de facilité à exécuter les exercices du programme. Après 5 semaines de diet strict, je m'autorise des écarts à peu près tous les weekend pour éviter d'être frustrée et de craquer. Ça fonctionne !!
Début du TBC 2 ! Oui je suis allée au bout du 1 (à vrai dire je n'y croyais pas moi même au début ✌️). 1 à 2 run par semaine. Oui j'arrive à courir ! Et sans m'arrêter svp ! 😝 (Oui oui c'est un exploit croyez-moi 😂)
- Bilan des 6 mois : -10 kilos. 
Sport et bonne alimentation = mon quotidien et j'aime ça.
Plus de retour en arrière. JAMAIS 👿
Il est facile de prendre du poids, mais le perdre est plus compliqué.
Je ne me montre pas pour la gloire car cette perte de poids je le fais pour moi. Mais ce genre de post m'a aidée à y croire quand je voulais tout lâcher. Voir le changement de ces femmes dans le même cas que moi et ne rien lâcher. RIEN !!!
Qu'on soit d'accord, je suis loin d'avoir un corps parfait.
À noter : sous vêtement au top 😂🤦‍♀️
- Prochain objectif : -10kg avant fin 2017
Ça va être dur et long mais aucunes raisons de ne pas y arriver.
