Rough day today. #VLCD#diet#dietplan#dietfood ..—..—..— everything went to pot on the food front 😔 breakfast I was proud 👍🏻 of as only had 🍞🍳 toast & poached egg 🥚! ..,,..,,..,,.. but..,,,...,,,...,,,. Then my friend brought cake 🍰 and 🍫 truffles 2 lesson. I had loads 🙊 😬 😔🙈🐷🙄 then had a free & excersized & ate moderation for me (1000kcal) ... BUT lunch 🥗 I binged & had 4 shortbread biscuits 🍪 at pudding!!! Mortified ..,,..,,,..,, didn’t have time to 🤢 purge them back up .. 😔 before sport. 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 IT GETS WORSE !! ⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️ tea : (always my worst binges) had a huge bowl of cheesy 🧀 chips 🍟. (Cheese I only indulge in during a binge) then cookies 🍪, toast, marshmallow square things... PURGED 🤢 it back up. 🌙🌙🌙🌙my Head was messed up at this point & I KNEW HOW MUCH OF A FAILURE TODAY WAS.... 🌙🌙🌙 Went on a run 🏃 to clear my head & came back and had an okay supper 👍🏻 THEN ⏱⏰⏱⏰ binged at 8:40-9:10 on ice cream 🍦 cookies 🍪 & noodles 🍜🍜 & 🤢 purged THEN binged again & finished the newly brought tub of B&J ice cream 🍦... & purged that 🤢 . I was sooo angry 😠 after the 2nd binge back 2 back... ,,, ... ,,, ... felt so stupid & lost & out of control 🌪🌪🌪 so yup ⚡️⚡️ very rough day. I’m feeling bruised right now. 😔 I wrote down my day eating wise (⬆️ above) & might? Maybe? I've always been a very active person... yoga, running, working out. I've also been a pretty healthy eater. Not too long ago I was getting to a point where I was gaining weight and couldn't get a change to happen in my body. At 36, my Dr said "you're at that age"... I wasn't willing to accept that. Kenney brought to my attention that he didn't think I was eating enough for my activity level. I started to follow RP @rpstrength strictly and finally started to see a change in my body. I leaned out, gained muscle, felt stronger and felt better as a whole. It's not about body image.... but I wanted to feel better. And I do. By weighing your food you can get a good idea if you are eating too many calories for what your body requires. Example: your body needs 2000 calories to carry out your daily activities. If you are eating 2500 calories then you have eaten 500 calories more than your body needs. So typically the extra calories can be stored as body fat. Which means WEIGHT GAIN ! If you want to loose weight then you need to be under your calories needs. If you are eating less calories then your body requires ( say 400-500), then your body will need to get the extra calories to make up the shortfall. Your body will turn to your fat stores to get the extra calories needed. Leading to lower body fat and in return weight loss. Make sense.
How do you find out your calorie need. Use a BMR calculator. Link below. https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bmr_calculator.htm. This calculator will only work out your calories need without any exercise. If you exercise your body needs more calories , between 200 - 500 extra calories on top of the calculator figure. So only Consume more calories on workout day. No work out day, then stay below your calculated figure.
Weight loss will have a even better result if you cut out sugar and processed food from your diet and stick to fresh food and whole foods.

Omg today almost finished me off... trying to find something to wear for a “ladies lunch” sounds like it should be fun but no... do I go smart? Do I go casual? Do I go in between? I get big bonus points tonight for not coming home and having a liquid dinner of the alcoholic sort, and instead I’m having left over meatballs from last night with avacado and @boothscountry absolutely delicious ‘very sweet tomatoes’ ❤️ because pressing the ding button on the microwave is all I’ve got left in me right now!!
What choice are you going to make today? Opt 1 Feed and nourish or opt 2 deplete and deprive? I'm going with option 1 as I have gone with option 2 for so many years. Blended green smoothies with yup raw onion amd garlic. The humble onion is well so underrated. And before you say, "it makes me bloated, gives me gas".. blah blah blah, stop your body is trying to tell you something. Its saying I need help digesting, so you either need more stomach acid (which most of are low in because of modern diet etc) and poor functining pancreas that isn't make enough digestive enzmyes.
