For two years I been following a specific meal plan and working out but this time the meal plan is so different.
I decided to start this program 80day Obsession with super trainer @autumncalabrese (the creator of 21day fix, country heat...). With this program she develop a way to eat our meals @ specific times of the day. Its called "Timed Nutrition". To think about it more in the pass I would eat every 2-3 hours, this is totally different plan of direction she has for a program that is gear for total body, abs and booty.
There are timed blocked, for example I normally DO NOT eat before a workout, normally don't eat right after a workout. So for me to do theses meals it takes a lot in me because now I have to be up at 2am and time everything in my head, so I eat, workout, take my performance supplements and post meals at a certain time. On top of mommy duites, wife duties, a full time employee and helping others with their health/fitness goals. #focused
*Crazy part this is my last meal of the day (4:30pm), so no more eating until 2am for preworkout meal😲. Insane right, but it is possible. Its a new revolution of fitness and my #teamfaithsisters are doing it with me.
Your probably thinking where do have time to do all this and master it. Well its called goals and discipline. I have to be focus and be real with my mindset when it comes to something I do for myself, because no will do it for me! #hardworkdoespayoff as long as your doing the work and dedicated! -
