It's crucial to be constantly hungry and humble. Hungry to learn more and become more, and also humble to act like a student in every area of life. One that acts like a student will always have things to learn.
HOW TO GET LEAN ? .

I explain how it is possible to eat A LOT (I personally eat more than 3000kcal -without crazy amount of cardio, I only do 20min of incline walk / week ) while staying lean
How I've managed to do that ? By proper training and nutrition ! .
Everyone is different obviously, but everybody can make their body efficient and train It to BURN fat instead of STORING it (if you restrict your food and going crazy on cardio, you have all wrong ladies ! I am the proof of it like many more) .
Good news ! With proper nutrition and training, you can totally reverse a metabolism ! (Check out my transformation post) I wasnt born this way ! Nobody was !

In 2005 I turn my life around with nutrition (good eating habits) I found my first passion and I decided to study nutrition to be able to help as much people to do the same. In 2009 I got my holistic nutrition diploma.. I had amazing results and all my clients too.
After my mid twenties I noticed a lack of Tone in my body... Just the aging effect even if I was skinny... and it became an obsession😖 I needed more than just good nutrition ... Short story I get into fitness in 2013, If you would have told me I would be a diva fitness and addicted to going at the gym I would have seriously laugh at it 😂😜 but true story I found my second passion and it become my lifestyle
I transformed my body from skinny to fit and strong.. I put on muscle mass and toned myself 💪
I decided to do my personal trainer certification to add this skill to my services and help even more my clientele
Today I know that the winning formula to be healthy and slowing down the aging is nutrition, fitness and mindset 💯
To push myself I also decided to compete in the biggest show of fitness World WBFF 2015 where I placed 6th worldwide.. I'm not all about competing right now because I have a lot more projects and it ask a lot of dedication and commitment toward getting ready to step on the stage at your best but I loved the experience and I definitely build experience that can help anyone who desire to compete. 👙
