We need ups to have downs and downs to have ups, everytime we’re comfortable, something comes in our lives to rattle it and make us grow. Once we reach another state of comfort, it comes again! These are lessons. This is how we grow. So whenever it rattles, bangs and shake 🌪welcome it with open arms, grow, flourish 🌺 and keep on living....or it’s going to keep on coming. Remember we only stop learning when we’re dead.☠️
Killed my legs this morning but getting them runs in followed by a back and bicep workout 🤮 1 week until xmas time to get burning people. Remember the main causes of weight gain over xmas are too much food and not enough exercise. The Same as with spending, if we spend too much on a credit card we have to pay it off eventually otherwise we will be in debt. If you eat too much food over xmas you will have to burn it off or else it will store as fat. Alcohol and chocolate have no nutritional value so your body simply stores them to use for energy. Fight the fat this xmas 🙋🏻♀️💪🏼🙅🏻♀️
