Holy shit squats were awesome today. Started with front squats and maxed out at 205×1. Then tested back squats and hit 225×2 high bar and 225×4 low bar. Eventually worked up the balls to hit 245×1 low bar, 10# less than the weight that injured my back. Huge shout out to my coach @monstermakerfitness for helping get my hands on a solid belt. Being able to actually brace my core has made a huge difference!!
"What's the worst thing I've stolen? Probably little pieces of other people's lives. Where I've either wasted their time or hurt them in some way. That's the worst thing you can steal, the time of other people. You just can't get that back." Sometimes I look back at the past and reflect. I think back of the people I have hurt, and those that have hurt me. Friends, family, and all relationships in general. That is life I guess. I know I have grown through the years. I could apologize a thousand times to those I have hurt, but sorry wouldn't do any justice and vice versa. The best apology is becoming a better person. To those that have hurt us, I guess we should really thank them. At the end of the day, their actions/words have shaped us into who we are. We are more cautious and guarded because of them but we are also more appreciative of those who treat us well. Remember, you wouldn't appreciate the sun as much if you didn't know rain. At the end of the day, Karma gets us all what we have coming. Those who have done wrong end up hurting the most in the end. I know I definitely have. On that note --- "I’m sorry for every person I’ve ignored, for every person I’ve hurt, and for every person I’ve caused pain. They say, hurt people, hurt people. Maybe that’s the reason why I’ve hurt every person that gets too close to me. And maybe that’s also why of all the ones that I’ve hurt, it’s been really me who I am most sorry for. For I’ve hurt myself more than you’ll ever know." P.S. I know this is a little different than my typical posts, but if you don't like it there is an awesome unfollow button on this app. Check it out. This one is for me and hopefully for anyone that is young and confused like I was about 10 years ago and could have used some guidance. Eggs have been one of the most controversial foods over the years. It seems like every 5 years the word on the street changes from eggs are good for you to eggs can kill you. No matter what the media says, eggs have their benefits.
First, it's a misconception that the yolk is useless. Although the yolk does contain most of the calories, it also contains nearly half the protein of the egg and a bunch of nutrients. If you want to save on fat and calories, feel free to just eat egg whites but disregarding the yolk because you think it's bad for you is silly which leads to point two.
Second, eggs do have cholesterol. However, eating cholesterol does not raise your cholesterol. -
I'm sure a lot of people will get mad at this post either because you're a vegetarian or because you're so used to hearing that eggs are bad for you that you refuse to believe differently. You don't need to eat eggs but they're a cheap, high quality source of protein and they are loaded with nutrients so I'll keep eating them 😁.

Being a shy person this is tough for me, creating this instagram and hoping to share my experiences.
This picture shows myself throughout the years. Even writing this is very difficult. As you can see at the age of 12 i was...as many doctors told me "obese". I tried doing exercise but after a week a would just stop going and on top of it all bullied at school. -I entered middle school, everything was worse.Kids saying stuff to me. So i stopped eating... i would only have one bar each day, i would ser myself in the mirror and cry all night talking to my mother. This was at the age of 14. I lost a lot if weight but I was not satisfied, until my mom had enough and i went to my school psychiatrist and it was the best decision. Thanks to her I knew i was not right, i was not eating right, it was not normal for me to be dizzy either. Now i am 18 and a future nutritionist 🙏🏻 i want to share my journey and hope everything goes well. ☺️ #weightlosstransformation#weightlossjourney#vegetarian#nutricion#nutrition#fitnessmotivation
