•1 cup raw almonds •1 cup raw cashews •1/3 cup of no added maple syrup + extra for glazing •4 dates •1/8 cup of water •Dash of salt •1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions: •Add all ingredients into a food processor except coconut flakes •Blend until well combined •Transfer into a bowl and chill in the fridge for 10min •Shape into 2 diameter balls and repeat this for the remaining mixture •Glaze each ball with maple syrup and roll it into the coconut flakes •Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week •served best with a cup a tea or coffee 😉
