Our third step for increasing your sales on instagram... remember when I posted a few days ago about switching to a business account? This is one of the benefits. Insights on Instagram gives businesses actionable information about who their followers are and which posts are resonating better than others, all from within the mobile app. By learning more about the behaviour and demographics of your audience, you can create more relevant and timely content.
Slide left, my second image shows how many followers I have and importantly how many I have added in the last week.
The third image shows my posts filtered by how many impressions. This function will help you know what posts are doing better than others. You can change impressions to reach, saved etc.
The fourth image shows the gender of my followers and how old they are. You can use this to know if your audience is your target market. This will help you develop content that will resonate with them.
The final image explains what the terms mean. So if you’re wondering what the difference is between impressions and reach swipe left.
There are other areas I have not captured so you can discover them yourselves... Now check your insights, explore each section and let this influence how you post going forward.

This is my #Thanksgiving message.
This is my vow to myself.
I am a mom, wife, daughter and sister but I need to be a woman first.
A whole woman with purpose and with a why.
All the right foods in the world will not do you right if you don't love yourself.
All the right supplements won't work or essential oils if you don't have a great Relationship with self
Do you agree?

Fownders Thanksgiving Basket Brigade provided 434 families in poverty with Thanksgiving Day meals. This is especially near and dear to our hearts as 30% of Newark’s population lives at or under the poverty line. It’s humbling for us to be able to give back and make a positive impact on our community. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the food drive and volunteered their time to distribute the food. Remember one small act of generosity can transform the lives of hundreds. 🤝We just did.
I am thankful for many things this year as I have been blessed with the opportunity to help others while doing something I love! So thank you to all of my clients who have taken a chance on this little self-run business and helped me learn and grow! And a very special thank you to Cody Alexander the owner of @urbanjungledc and my first client for being a true friend, mentor, inspiration, pain in my ass, rabble-rouser, dreamer, lover of love and orchids, daring and inventive business owner, and someone who can make me cry in public at an event with four simple words! I am proud of what we have accomplished together and excited to see what we come up with next year to top it!
