#flashbackfriday to last weekend at the easterns. I was so focused on coming in conditioned that i didnt really put anytime into my routine 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️. Next year im going to make sure everything is on point. Also at this point in the show i was so dehydrated i started feeling sick i couldnt wait to get some water in me.

Long day. Work, errands, two workouts, mom life (both kids have a busy after school schedule but it’s so good because it involves many physical activities like swim/gymnastics/dance). I’ll probably fall asleep before the kids do. Keeping busy is the key to better sleep and less overthinking.
Sometimes less is more. I have noticed that after slowing down my high intensity workouts for three weeks and just keeping my workouts on moderate level with careful planning in my diets and rest days my body has responded positively! All the daily stressors contribute to high cortisol levels which affects sleep and recovery... and fat loss. Win!
