I will perform amrap (usually aim for 20-25 reps). Really loving this exercise for the glutes and hams. I try to keep my upper back rounded to put more emphasis on the glutes and hams and take the work off of my lower back😊.

💕 Just this past Thursday our sweet baby girl was officially diagnosed with autism 💜 I’ve never felt so many emotions at once in my life and I’m beyond scared for our future but, I know with her daddy and I behind her she’s going to go so incredibly far! 🙌🏼
💕 We also have a four going on 14 year old who’ll be starting kindergarten later in the year and it has me all up in my mommy emotions 😥 I wish he would #staylittle but it’s so amazing to watch him flourish 😍
💕 Cheese is straight up my weakness 🧀 any form will do, pizza 🍕, mozzarella sticks, queso, you name it and I’ll eat it! #fattyatheart 🤤
💕 We’re hittin’ the road next month and heading home ☀️ to the sunshine state! 😎 We perfectly planned this trip bc I knew my FL blood would have me freezing up here in New England ❄️
💕 Lastly, I’m a lefty 🤙🏼 which really just means I’m in my right mind 😜 - Not the most interesting person but, it’s all I got this morning 🤷🏻♀️ back to the real life grind! 👊🏼 I nominate all the beautiful ladies I tagged! 😘 #tiffdoesmytan

Started my day with pink oats again and some strawberries🍓 on top. Later this day I'm going to the gym to do some shoulders,abs and maybe some cardio because tonight I'm having some delicious food!! Can't choose what I want
maybe pizza or ice cream or both...hmmm🤔
I've mastered the art of making my quads look bigger than they actually are 😂 If anybody recognizes the band from my t-shirt I'll marry them -
Had a kickass leg day, worked up to a few heavy sumo deadlifts and followed that up with a bunch of accessory glutes/hammies exercises 🏋🏻 This month the volume is pretty damn high, so by the time I leave the gym I basically need crutches 😅

4x10 reverse lunge w/ step up
3x12 cable kickback
3x10 seated leg curl (w/ final dropset)
3x10 hip abduction (w/ final dropset)
5x10 seated calf raises
