Although, we're not in much danger of overeating a big ol' traditional meal anyway seeing as we're a bajillion miles from our families 😢

Hot mess! 😰😖That's how I felt this morning. I was dying. You'd think I've never worked out before. This was about half way through and I was winded and off balance but ya know we finished strong. .
What matters to me is that I moved and gave it all I had.
I used to not work out on Thanksgiving. I mean holiday right? Free calories? 😂Ha! No way! In time you start feeling that shit!
It's a lifestyle and this workout was 25 minutes of my morning. Now I won't feel guilty diving into some home made yummy dessert 😜😋 and champagne!🍾🥂🍮
