Just tryin to cut up as much as possible. Diet has been shitty these past couple days due to gettin back at school but now I'm all settled and ready to get cut-throat wit this prep. Nothin but first place is in my eye sight, tunnel vision to the max.
“Oh sh*t, it’s 15 FEET HIGH!? Tallest warped wall I’ve done is 14 feet!” … “*chuckle sounds*, welp… today’s the day you add another foot to that total!!". You bet your ass I did… and about 10 times too!!

Congratulations to @gigantoor & @catherinewiday Tonight these two athletes shattered some tough gym records. I've been working West Hills sprinter Catherine Widay on her speed, strength, and running technique...since day 1 she's taken almost 7 seconds off her 200 time and now officially has our gym record beating the previous record by 4 seconds. Ian Muhlbach has been working on his strength and overall athleticism...since day 1 he's made tremendous progress and crushed "The Rust" which is a timed event consisting of 6 exercises testing the human limits on strength and athleticism...Ian beat the previous record by 18 seconds (formerly held by a Navy SEAL). Outstanding job Catherine and Ian!!!! Join us at the GreenSpeed Training Facility.
Been m.i.a. on social media for awhile for I am enjoying life without having to stress on posting. There's more to life than social media, just remember that. If you are curious, there's been some PRs on my lifts (PRs on reps, no 1 rep PRs) Still working on my form and slowly progressing with my lifts. Feel like adding a finisher, then add this... prowler & farmers walk up and down the gym x3
Remember to pace yourself and don't go all out straight away! Save it and give it a go!
