I've been on a work out hiatus because life got in the way, as it does from time to time. Instead of beating myself up about it, I put on my #sloth shirt and my favorite @fabletics leggings to pick up where I left off on #bbgweek7 . It sucked. Horribly. My quads are crying, but I did it. 👍🏻🏋🏻♀️ I'm going to collapse on the floor now. We'll call it #savasna .
What's your favorite city to visit? 🏙🌃 // I've always considered myself more of a "city" kind of person than a "country" (whatever that really means). I always enjoy seeing a lot going on around me, I like when there are always things happening. (This doesn't mean I don't also enjoy a quiet, serene environment from time to time).

Personal goal achieved! 4 mile solo run!! No one to push me but ME!! 👊💪 I'm finally falling back into the groove where I am looking forward to my next workout because of how great I feel after the current one! Once you get to this place in your mind, you can achieve any goal you set!
Next goal: improve that time to under 9 minutes!
For the few that have asked, here it is: competing is hard. It takes a toll on not only our bodies, but also our minds. My first prep went so smoothly and I enjoyed the process every step of the way. This second prep, has not gone that way. I have been moody and grumpy and emotional. I haven't been confident and it was consuming my thoughts. Ive been in a deficit for a year, and honestly guys, I'm burnt out. And before I started to hate the gym, I decided to take control of this. Because of this, I've decided to not compete in September and instead begin my offseason and reverse diet. This way I can add more food and live life a little more. I know what I need to build to be more competitive I'm excited to do just that. --
Moral: the stage will always be there. Do what makes yourself happy. Lifting, tracking, competing - these are all things that make me happy. And I didn't want to get to a point where I resented it. So with that, bring on the food 😈😈

🍋Mousse de maracujá beem azedinho! Pra quem gosta messsmo da fruta(não preciso nem falar que é sem açúcar.....🖒😜) 💛 Aliás, esses dias estava pensando sobre o que é mais difícil pra mim na "dieta", e me supreendi em constatar que é ficar sem as frutas!!!😓😍🍉🍋🍌🍎🍓🍐🍇 Em pensar que anos atrás eu não comia..era raro! 🤔😁 Então, eu não fico..(ou fico no máximo 2 dias 😂😂) e a maioria das frutas que mais gosto nem contém tanto açúcar assim (morango, abacate, pêra, kiwi..), claro que tem outras que preciso de maior moderação, como manga e banana. Aliás..nada supera 🍌🙁 minha glicemia dispara muito mais do que se eu comer um pão francês 🍞ou broa de fubá🌽. E é uma fruta que eu não comia de jeiiito nenhum, e depois da diabetes passei a amar hahaha😂😂 e 🍫 também, nunca liguei! Trying to cut meat out of my diet slowly. I have a weak stomach at times and those are the times I consume meat. This bowl is one of my favs. I've had one for breakfast today and one for lunch. (Added a lil brown rice at lunch). I feel so good today and I need all the "good feels" I can get because these next couple days are gonna be long af. I love not having the feeling of being "stuffed" with a gurgle in my tummy! This is just a little bowl of heaven.🙌 #mondayfeels
