Hiked this active volcano in Bali to watch the sunrise and my booty still hurts all the way in Thailand 😱 hope all the friendly Bali people I met stay safe right now!
4) Run, run, run, RUN!
🏃♀️As a runner, so many people say things to you like, “you’re crazy!” and “I don’t know how you do that, I could never!” I don’t think that’s true at all. ANYONE can do it. Where there is a will, there is a way. Training for a race is simply a matter of discipline, will, sacrifice, and time commitment. -
🤗My favorite part about the running community is how welcoming they are. No matter your level, if you have legs and you run, then you’re a runner. I get a lot of messages of interest about how to start. And I just want to say... if you have ever had a little itch to enter a race... just do IT! It’s scary at first. However, speaking from experience, the excitement, training, and execution of races have been PINNACLES of my life. Truly. Running has taught me more about myself than I could have ever imagined.
🍁With fall race season upon us, I thought it would be a good time to encourage anyone who has thought about crossing that finish line to research local races. Look past the “can’t” and towards the “can.” That medal will be worth every freaking step. 🏅
Naša tajna bijeg.
My activity levels on insta (minus checking the shade room but I live there so it doesnt count) have sharply plummeted. Truly the only thing that came to my mind when I thought about posting was long. But now I'm feeling inspired; winter is coming, my fenty beauty order is on the way and real housewives of Atlanta comes back in a few weeks, what better time to be alive?
I’m not Instagram egg worthy because I can’t cook a runny egg 🤷🏼♀️ But today for breakfast is 1 whole egg, 3 whites and a piece of unbuttered toast!
13 Monday’s until Christmas so I’m going to attempt this diet thing on my own. Without a coach.
Weighed in today at 55.9kg. I’m going to have majority of my carbs around training. (That’s the plan anyway, pre and post)
It's been really hard to think that this time last year I ran a half marathon, and was in the best shape I had been in a while. But today I couldn't even run a 10 mile race. But I keep reminding myself that I'm doing the right thing and listening to my body! I'm kind of getting a little excited to start from scratch, just to prove to myself that I can do it all again! Starting couch to 10K all over again, and going to do this challenge and restart #28DayJumpstart again! #FitGirlsGuide#FitGirlsDontQuit#FitGirlsIntercession#FreshStart

Repost from @jellydevote - If you look at this photo, is one or the other MORE of a woman?!
Something that people love to comment on my photos is "how a woman is supposed too look". "A woman is supposed to have curves" recognise that? Or "you looked more like a women before, those muscles makes you look manly"
Let me tell you this ma friend. I'm just as much of a woman as I've always been. You know what? A women is supposed to look HOWEVER THE F*CK SHE FEELS COMFORTABLE IN!
If we want to wear loads of makeup, if we want to loose weight and build muscles, if we don't want to wear any makeup, if we want to restle in the mud, WE WILL DO THAT!
It's 2017 now, telling someone how you think a woman should look/act is completely irrelevant, IM A WOMAN NOW AND WAS THEN! With or without the definition "curves"
ALL us women are beautiful in our own way, not everyone has a bum or boobs, that does NOT make you less of a woman! 🙅🏼👀
So let me hear yah women out there, with or without curves, or what ever society thinks a woman should be!! Are you with me?!
🍜 "Party in my mouth bowl" under preparation, shared between my husband and I. That was so good, and not nearly as complicated as I feared 🙄
We used frozen mango & powder garlic, and subbed easier-to-find ingredients: white onions instead of red, white beans instead of pinto, and no jalapeño. 🥑 Crema was whisked by hand in a bowl, because it felt easier than using our smoothie maker for that. And tadaaaam 😄
@omaha_fitmom, I don't know if you have been able to follow the Detox Week as you wanted to, but thanks for inspiring me to do it! Next week I'm tackling the snacks!

Hope you're all having a good weekend - I haven't posted a progress from all angles photo in a while so here goes 🙈💪. It's been a year of IIFYM/flexible dieting now so I'm still in the early stages of this and weight training but I'm seeing changes. I still train 5 weight sessions a week with 5 cardio sessions separately and I'm finding that I'm definitely leaner thanks to my new elliptical at home. The other reason I wanted to share this picture from this morning is I've actually been out for food a lot this week (including wine!🍷) , so I think it's important to note as long as you keep yourself healthy and eat as well as you can , you can also treat yourself and socialise too!
