Negatives⁉️ This is a pretty new lifting term for me but an important one as I’ve discovered! They are a great way to add intensity to your workouts and overload the muscle groups that are engaged. Negatives are performed by controlling the tempo of the rep and slowing down the lowering phase of the lift to a 3-5 sec rep count. I tried this variation with my barbell bicep curls yesterday and it burnsss 🔥🔥I highly recommend giving it a go! (Very) slowly starting to feel like myself again after a week of being sick, a poor diet and a weekend away. About to train legs again although my hammies are still wrecked from 2 days ago! It’s nice to feel like I’m pushing myself again though. Going to try to get some more vids today so stay tuned! 📺

As you can see both white and brown rice have advantages.
Healthwise though brown rice clearly makes the race🏆 .

Routine- 4-5 Rounds
10 min jog/run
1️⃣Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks- 1 min
2️⃣Ice Skater Lunge Jumps- 10
3️⃣Frog Jumps- 10
4️⃣Push-ups- really any variation you can do- 10-15
5️⃣Side Planks w/ Toe touch- 10
6️⃣Shuttle Run- 10 (no vid)
Rest 60 sec and repeat💪
