Received my order today from @celebratevitamins! Can hardly wait to start taking their Balance Probiotic & Prebiotic supplement tomorrow. Their Essential 2 in 1 Protein Bars are awesome. They even threw in a free bag - THANK YOU! - of their Orange-flavor Calcium Citrate Soft Chews and I have to say, the flavor is AMAZING! I usually order the chocolate or caramel calcium soft chews, but the orange...😍! I’ve tried others, but @celebratevitamins are the only Bariatric vitamins I’ll use.
Okay so I hear all the time that going to the gym and working out is EASY and that dieting is always the hard part. I don't believe that going to the gym and ACTUALLY working out is easy at all. When I go to the #gym I have to be completely focused and have the right mindset. And for ME it's not always easy to get in that mindset. But it is easy for me to cook, because hey, I love food, and I love cooking too. 💁🏽♂️ And second it is not that hard to meal prep. It saves a lot more money for me than eating out, and I feel way more fueled with my own prepped food then I do when I eat out. Anyways, everyone is different, but in the end we all have he same goal and I believe that is to better ourselves. 👌🏼
Got another active day today! Didn’t get to the gym like planned but still made it work! Thanks to @xxashhh87 for giving me that push I needed to get my steps in so this weekend I can have a rest day! One more stretch and one more active day to go this week!
