Een simpele en gezonde maaltijd, maar net even anders dan "normaal".
Zoete aardappel uit de #airfryer , visje met dragon kruiden van @beekumspices en sperziebonen net ff anders dan anders. Eetsmakelijk !
🔸2 grosse reife Bananen
🔸330 g Kürbispüree
🔸70 g Butterflüssig (alternativ Kokosöl)
🔸90 g Süssungsmittel (Ahornsirup)
🔸125 ml Milch (Haferdrink)
🔸190 g Mehl (glutenfreie Mehlmischung)
🔸115 g geriebene Mandeln
🔸20g Chia Samen (Leinsaat)
🔸2 TL Backpulver
🔸1 Prise Salz
🔸½ TL Zimt
🔸½ TL Muskat
🔸50 g dunkle Schokolade (80% Kakao)

It's crazy to see the difference between 2013 and now. I feel so much better than I did back then. I love going to the gym, compared to swearing people out for asking me to go. I watch what/how much I eat, versus not giving a care in the world. So much has changed including my attitude towards health and fitness. You are the only one who stands between you and a healthier happier you. #happy#healthy#excited#active#fitfam#fitmom#gym#love
@jensfitnesslifestyle inspired my post workout meal today. Maple brown sugar cream of wheat with some @idealfit protein powder, caramel chips, and some whipped cream. So yummy! The caramel chips get all melty and gooey and it tastes like fall.
5k this morning with an upper body strength sesh! Real talk: I've gotten a good bit slower over this past year and gained about 6 lbs. After I ran my marathon, I didn't feel as excited to run, but I won't give up! Gonna shed these extra unwanted lbs and get faster! 💪🏻🏃🏼♀️😀 #runner#fitmom#thankful#nevermissamonday#garmin
Believing in yourself is the first step of anything. The mind can be a dangerous thing and could play crazy tricks on us. As long as you’re well aware of your worth, your wants & your goals- there will be no power strong enough to stop you 😊 KEEP GOING ! #FitAndInLove#FitMom#WomenEmpowerment
🌟Motivation Monday🌟Truth: None of my clothes fit. 😭😢 I was talking about this with my friend at school dropoff this morning and as I was walking away I started thinking about where I was a year ago. I was REALLY fit a year ago, I was also really happy and emotionally secure. So I started thinking "What was I doing every single day exactly a year ago?" 🤔 I was doing this program every single day.🏋 I was drinking my superfoods as a post-workout snack.🍫🍹 I was doing Personal Development whenever I had time.📚 I was taking Family Walks every evening.🌲 I was instigating sexy stuff with hubby waaay more (sorry Dad lol)!💖🙈 I was only watching TV for like an hour a day.📺 I was taking my kids to the park almost every day.👼👯 I was spending time with my mom friends like 3-4 times a week. 🤝 It is always easier to think logically than it is to ACT according to what's logical to achieve our goals, especially for people like me who live with Bipolar (or Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, PPD ect). Everyone's situation is different, that's why its important to not compare yourself to Fit Fanny or Positive Polly who are over there crushing their goals way harder than you are. 🙅🙈😘 BE YOU! Do what works for you and keep pushing forward. Have an BOMB week y'all! You deserve happiness. 😘🖖💗
Day 23: Plank jacks. Don’t forget, if you have recently had a baby, it is important that you are doing the foundational work to ensure you are not coning during these planks. If your belly cones (the middle pushes out) or you feel yourself peeing, your pelvic floor is not strong enough for these moves yet.
If you are not having these symptoms, planks are a great way to strengthen your TVA muscles and get a strong total core (not just the six pack ab muscles).
For the month of October we will be doing a new plank each day. Join us by trying the plank variation or by holding any Plank you can for 1:00.
We will be giving away a membership for our Fit For Festivities Challenge to a lucky winner at the end of the month. To enter for the prize:
-Post a picture of your plank to your Facebook and/or Instagram page
-Make sure you are following me so I can see your pics!
-Tag me (@fitnesswithkristen) in your plank picture.📸
-Use the hashtag #FWKOctoberPlankChallenge
Just got my double workout done with the girls running around screaming and playing. I have been trying to get my workouts in earlier so we can have family time in the afternoons with daddy.
Now it is time to make lunch for everyone and get GG ready for school. Hopefully we won’t be running late today.
Had to share this picture 😊I think someone likes the new super food recipe I am trying out today. I love a good Piña Colada so when I saw this recipe I had to give it a try.
