Die Bananen in einer Schüssel zerdrücken. Kürbispüree, flüssige Butter(Kokosöl), Milch und Süssungsmittel unterrühren.
Chia Samendazugeben, verrühren und alles für ca. 10 Minuten quellen lassen.

In der Zwischenzeit den Backofen auf 180 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen. Kastenform von 25 cm mit Backpapier auslegen.

Die trockenen Zutaten unter die feuchten Zutaten heben. Teig in die vorbereitete Form füllen.
Im vorgeheizten Backofen auf der mittleren Schiene für ca. 50 – 55 Minuten backen. Vor dem Herausnehmen Stäbchenprobe machen.

Für die Glasur die dunkle Schokolade in kleine Stücke hacken und mit dem Kokosöl über dem Wasserbad schmelzen lassen. Glasur etwas abkühlen und anschliessend über dem abgekühlten Kürbis-Bananenbrot verteilen.
Das Kürbis Bananenbrot ist sehr saftig und schmeckt aber auch nach ein paar Tagen immer noch lecker.

I watch what/how much I eat, versus not giving a care in the world. So much has changed including my attitude towards health and fitness. 🌟Motivation Monday🌟Truth: None of my clothes fit. 😭😢 I was talking about this with my friend at school dropoff this morning and as I was walking away I started thinking about where I was a year ago. I was REALLY fit a year ago, I was also really happy and emotionally secure. So I started thinking "What was I doing every single day exactly a year ago?" 🤔 I was doing this program every single day.🏋 I was drinking my superfoods as a post-workout snack.🍫🍹 I was doing Personal Development whenever I had time.📚 I was taking Family Walks every evening.🌲 I was instigating sexy stuff with hubby waaay more (sorry Dad lol)!💖🙈 I was only watching TV for like an hour a day.📺 I was taking my kids to the park almost every day.👼👯 I was spending time with my mom friends like 3-4 times a week. 🤝 It is always easier to think logically than it is to ACT according to what's logical to achieve our goals, especially for people like me who live with Bipolar (or Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, PPD ect). Everyone's situation is different, that's why its important to not compare yourself to Fit Fanny or Positive Polly who are over there crushing their goals way harder than you are. 🙅🙈😘 BE YOU! Do what works for you and keep pushing forward. Have an BOMB week y'all! You deserve happiness. 😘🖖💗

Injuries suck! I’m 4 days out from injuring my shoulder and slightly pulling my bicep. Bicep feels great but shoulder is still giving me problems which means modifying everything. Lighter weights with higher reps. Simple exercises instead of more dynamic. Extra focus and concentration on form is needed as well. It’s extremely frustrating for me but it’s still possible to workout. Sometimes all you can do is get up and go for a walk but do something. Do what you can and don’t focus so much on what you can’t.
