Slowly leaning out more & more 🙏🏼 I have been consistently tracking my macros & working out regularly. I have a goal to workout 3-4 times a week & stick to my macro numbers everyday. Am I on point everyday? No. I have plenty of days I go over in fat or carbs or just calories. And plenty of weeks I only work out 2 times instead of 4. I am by no means perfect with it but still moving forward, just slowly & I am absolutely OK with that. I am still enjoying myself. Do I have moments of feeling "fat" or unattractive? Definitely. But I know they are just thoughts. You are not your thoughts, they do not own you. Your thoughts are not always who you are. Let them pass by. #progress#notperfection#imhuman#andilovewine#friyay

OH YEA I LOVE THE SOUND OF HEAVY WIEGHTS HITTING THE GROUND!! 215 went up pretty easy but I stopped there..shooting for 250 by this time next month. My Last PR was at 280, when I was like 2 weeks pregnant 😎 Dropped down to 175# after this, did 10 quick singles, then 25 thrusters 55# and 100 KB Snatch 25# for time (6:50) .

BUT I have discovered that working out and eating right was the only healthy alternative that provided me PEACE from my anxiety & depression. TRUST me....I'm having a glass of wine tonight. But listen......Coaches aren't 👾 robots, they don't LOVE EVERYTHING about fitness, we LOVE cake , TOTALLY indulge 🍪🍷🍧 for sure fall off the wagon🙊....THE REASON coaches work so well is because we are flipping EVERYDAY PEOPLE , with everyday challenges who are willing to try their best to live a healthy lifestyle and inspire others to do the same 🙌🏻😎
Before BeachBody my favorite meal every week was ice cream topped with snack well cookies and chocolate syrup lol, I had the energy of a woman twice my age!.

Our campsite is all set up and ready for a fun weekend! Our anniversary is not until mid-September but we are celebrating 3 years together this weekend since our September schedule is quite busy! Now that we’re all set up at the site, we are going to head into town to have dinner and go to the RASCAL FLATTS concert at the casino!! I love Rascal Flatts and I cannot wait to see them in concert again!

Even though I been into exercising for years now...there are still tough days where I don't know if I will make it thru the full workout.
I wake up and ask myself what is my purpose for sharing what I do. I could easily be behind the scenes and still reach my goals.
But I then realize that in sharing my journey, my struggles, my strengths that I may be helping one person. Helping one person start today. Helping one person look in the mirror and love themselves. Helping one person regain energy they once had. Helping one person choose to eat better or drink water.
Just to let someone know that you too can feel good inside about yourself is worth the posting daily and it keeps me accountable in my own journey!
