💯Patience Is Not the Ability to Wait:
Patience is not the ability to wait. Patience is to be calm no matter what happens, constantly take action to turn it to positive growth opportunities, and have faith to believe that it will all work out in the end while you are waiting.
Before children vs after children:
I often get asked what body type I had before I got pregnant and had my children, the answer is it was always changing! I was never toned and had never set foot into a gym in my life before having my babies!
I don't hate what I see on the left but I do prefer myself on the right!
I've trained hard to get into shape after having my children and it's a body I am constantly working on improving!

#transformationtuesday Pre-Pregnancy > 35 weeks pregnant > 5 weeks Post Partum ❤ I'm officially under my prepregnancy weight now so over 12kg down. I lost so much muscle during my pregnancy as I wasn't able to workout pretty much at all 😔 I'm so happy to be able to use myself as motivation to get back to where I was and then even better! 🤗 Only 1 more week until I can get clearance to workout again! I'm using this time to focus on my diet, cutting out all the crap I was consuming and to get back into good habits 👏 My goal for this week is no added sugar. One step at a time! #tmt#sugarfree
No Monday motivation quote from me except to say , had v little time to train as dashing around today sometimes you just have to get in do it and get out! 45 minutes training feels better to me than doing nothing I feel so much better when I train 💪🏻happy Monday, hope you are better organised for Christmas than me!! #training#fitness#mondaymotivation#mondays#justdoit
🔥MUSCLE ACTIVATION 🔥
Activation of the muscles is important since you want certain muscles to work during certain movements💯🏋🏻♀️
It can be hard to get the right muscles to work because other muscles are taking over and doing more of the work, those muscles are compensating for weakness ⚖️so the result is that they are not activated when they should be which can lead to muscle imbalances, posture problems and possible risk of injury 🤕
Activation exercises should always do with light weight💯 During the movement you need to FOCUS on FEELING the correct muscles working. It's all about Mind Muscles Connection✔️just focus on which muscles you are working than only you will feel the burn the pain and soreness in MUSCLES 💪 -

Subtle or not so subtle 🤔 #transformationtuesday . Last year v this year........ ———————————————————————- ➡️ Progress has been made and I’m currently 11lbs lighter than this time last year and still only 7lbs up from my stage weight. Not gonna lie, haven’t tracked food in a while and I’ve been eating treats in moderation 😋. Trying to ensure I get my protein in, trying to ensure I don’t take the pi$$ with fats and carbs. However, I do need to get back on the wagon with tracking, not to control what I eat but to make sure I’m actually getting the nutrition my body requires 👌🏻. ———————————————————————— Currently still having some issues with adrenal fatigue, completely reasonable given I’ve spent 35 weeks this year dieting 😱. One sign that I know body body IS beginning to recover (⚠️⚠️⚠️female topic coming ⚠️⚠️⚠️) my period finally came!! It’s been 3.5 months and the oestrogen has been building and building for around 5 weeks. Ladies... you know what I mean 🍳🍳🙈😣🤬😭🤯. The next step for me is to check my bloods, particularly hormones to see if they have stabilised after prep. As an oestrogen dominant female, the massive drop in oestrogen led to a prolonged mental fatigue post prep and currently an incredibly painful cycle. Prolonged periods of being stage lean is not healthy. It’s lovely yes, however if you have lost the cycle please ensure you see your doctor, check your bloods and educate yourself about what is happening in your body 👌🏻👩🏼🎓🧠. For me, I’m doing what’s required to recover and grow 💪🏻. #tuesday#gaining#education#learn#braingains#wellness#balance#growing @proformnutrition
Motherhood is amazing 💕 your body spends 9 months creating a little human, and the changes we go thru during this process is so complex. Did you know that it can take up to one year to fully recover from pregnancy/child birth? A lot of women will experience physical and mental changes that can linger for a long time after their bub arrives. That’s why it is so important to seek proper dietary and exercise advice that is tailored to your needs as each pregnancy and birth is unique. Photo by @jeremyphillipsphoto
PRACTICE makes PROGRESS
Working on my pistol squats . . .
Determined to improve my box jump pistol squats.
I was the girl that didn't believe I could change but went for anyways 🙈 With all that self doubt and lack of confidence still pushed through. I didn't know what the outcome would be but I tried anyways. 😁 When I look back now I'm so glad I pushed through. 👌❤ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Never stop trying no matter what you're trying to achieve, what's the worst that can happen 😘 Every year that goes by we all tell ourselves this is the year I'm gonna do that thing I never stop thinking about. But how many of us actually do it? ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Stop putting things off if they're something you really want. Take the jump and go for it ❤
