I was informed last night that this may have caused a few achy legs.
#TransformationTuesday 😵When I stepped on the scale this morning after completing my 3 Day Cleanse I was in shock!!! The last time I weighed under 140 lbs was pre-2 babies 🙆🏼♀️ WHAT!!!
As promised here are the results of both my 3 Day Cleanse and my journey postpartum baby 2 to date. I’ll be honest it feels damn good 😉😁💪🏻 despite continuing to tone these last several weeks...I was feeling like the chub in certain places (love handles, mom pouch, inner thighs, chicken wings) was hanging around and driving me NUTS!!
Not only was my 3 Day Cleanse exactly what I needed to kick this excess water weight, break my mini plateau, but it’s got me back on track post 2 week sickness hiatus. I’ll be writing up the full deats on the cleanse soon on my blog! Stay tuned 😘
Now...the journey continues! Although I have had an action-packed week of christmas shopping and parties (my own and the kids parties #chaperone ) I have still crammed in two #BBG days and my 1-hr PT session in 😁 I am behind in my walks but that’s ok- I’m happy with what i’ve managed to do 👌🏼👌🏼 And I still have Sunday to get the week1 full body in and that’s my intention...
