Sometimes I feel no motivation but I remember where I started and where I want to be 😘 8.23.17
After almost 3 weeks I'm back in the gym and ready to make more gains. I really want to focus on my deadlift and building up my legs more. 💪
What goals to you guys want to achieve for the next couple of months?? It's tough taking time off from the gym. But when work/family priorities step in the picture we have to realize that the gym isn't everything. I'm proud with the progress that I've made thus far in such a short amount of time but I'm always hungry and constantly challenging myself for more.
