PHYSIQUE UPDATE: I took progress pictures because I’m officially starting prep this week.
Weight difference here is 12 lbs. I do miss having abs but I’ve enjoyed not being so strict on my diet. I took about a month off of the gym which was a good and bad thing... I got a little lost but then re-motivated because I realized its a huge part of me and what makes me happy😃
Point I want to make here is... Fitness is HARD! Once you are in shape, you can’t just effortlessly stay there. It takes constant work and effort, but it’s well worth it! I’m not afraid of hard work or challenges, they actually fuel me and I work best under pressure. So don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone, set high goals, challenge yourself, and DON’T STOP working until you achieve them!!! #MotivationMonday

Многие люди,далекие от бодибилдинга,спрашивают чем это таким мы мажемся и зачем вообще это делаем😆так вот, по правилам IFBB каждый спортсмен должен быть загримирован,это неизбежность и целый ритуал,есть тонкости нанесения, можно конкретно облажаться,если делать первый раз это самостоятельно ( в моем случае и,если 25й раз😆) Мне ужасно лень это делать перед соревнованиями самой за несколько часов до старта,поэтому всегда в специальных кабинках наношу и спокойна,что все будет👌🏻👌🏻
А еще на чемпионате мира,мне довелось познакомиться с основательницей компании,именем которой она и названа. Очень приятная встреча🤗

Tomorrow it’s my birthday and looking back at this year I realized how much I grew. I went through my photos since my last years birthday party and feel soso happy. I travelled so many cities, met so many beautiful people inside out, experienced so much love and learned a lot about myself/my body and my balance. I am sending from the deepest of my heart to all of you so much love and energy. Don’t let anything stop you! 🧡🧡🧡
Anyone is capable of changing their body, find someone who will hold you accountable. Find someone who will make sure you are staying active and following a routine to get you to the top! -

Let’s start this #MotivationMonday with some GOALS; .
Morning fasted cardio done this morning! One of my goals leading up to Christmas is to TRY 😅 and get up for fasted cardio every morning Monday - Friday 🏃🏼♀️ .
My second goal is to DRINK DRINK DRINK my water! I need to drink 4L of water a day! 💦 .
And my final goal is to be very strict on my diet as I want to go into Christmas totally guilt free and eat what I like (which I’ll do anyway) but it will be nice to feel healthy and at a good weight that I don’t have any remote guilt!🦃
Summer bodies are made in the winter! ❄️ .
We’ve got 2 weeks until Christmas it’s not too late to get a head start on those New Years Resolutions👍🏼💕
🏆💕Here I am 16+ years later. The last 3.5 years have been spent in intensive treatment. It might not look like a huge difference, but these two girls are lifetimes apart. I had no idea who I was for so long, over half my life.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: This is just one representation of what someone with an eating disorder can look like. You do not have to be underweight to have an ED or to be diagnosed & receive treatment. There are so many people who don't seek help because they think they are "not sick enough". You can be any shape, size, race, gender, sexuality, religion, etc. and have an ED.
I just want to talk about recovery for a min. Every single one of you deserve to have control of your life without your disorder, addiction, etc.
I didn't even know I had an ED until I went to my initial treatment assessment. I just thought that my fear of food was the way I was & I had to deal with it. I remember the clinician saying to my parents, "she's really sick" & the hot tears that streamed down my face.
She told us I needed to go into a partial hospital program. I needed a strict meal plan. A therapist, a dietician & a team of professionals to help me beat my ED.
I'm honestly crying as I write this because holy shit, I've come so far. To all of you who are afraid to be honest with yourself, with your family, friends about the way you live because you're scared to gain weight, to all of you who are afraid of what your life will be like without your ED--I have been in your shoes. I have been right there & it is terrifying. It's embarrassing, it's shaming, it's letting go of life as you know it.
Know that asking for help, being honest & opening up is a sign of strength. It's incredibly powerful & I am so proud of every single one of you who have chosen recovery.
It is hard work. I quit so many times during treatment but I never gave up.
You have to be ready to do it for you. You have to want to recover for YOU.
