been a bit stressed about some things past few weeks had an almost health scare that took forever to get the results back about almost weekly blood test put strength training days on hold and I gotta abmit im ocd I hate doing just cardio I'll do it but it never feels the same lol unfortunately I was stress eating a bit too last week i put all my spare energy in strength training with little cardio and feel much better though took a rest day yesterday and today mostly because going to weekday night shift is painful but hey no excuses right and I intend on doing 2 or 3 days of cardio training again although I love strength training more lol and to nourish my body properly #selfie#fatlossjourney#fitnessjourney#loveyourself#healthmatters

Sweaty selfie is extraaaa sweaty today. Definitely feeling those treats from yesterday. I’m feeling so proud of myself though! Starting week 2 of my program and it feels so good! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve started and stopped a program but this one is really sticky for me. I have to thank my super supportive team for that 💕
