- 1 maço de couve-flor grande (usei 2 pequenos)
- 2 linguiças - 1 cebola
- 3 dentes de alho triturados
- 4 folhas de couve
Depois de higienizar os "galhinhos" da couve-flor, cozinhe-os em água com sal. Enquanto isso, pique a cebola, a linguiça e a couve. Doure a linguiça, a cebola e o alho (nessa ordem). Bata no liquidificador a couve flor cozida com um pouco da água usada no cozimento. Adicione este creme à panela com a linguiça e deixe ferver um pouco, em fogo baixo, mexendo sempre para nao grudar o fundo. Acerte o sal, se precisar, desligue o fogo e acrescente a couve picadinha. Delícia!

One thing I've learnt over the past year is that life is WAY TOO SHORT to hold yourself back from doing the things you want to do. Life is too short to hold grudges. Life is too short to sweat at the small stuff. Life is too short to leave words unspoken. Life is too short to not spend time with loved ones or the friends we've been meaning to see but have been too busy to arrange something. Life is too short to not take care of yourself and to put yourself first. Life is too short to not take photos.
It may be cliche but it's true when they say that yesterday is gone, tomorrow is not guaranteed, and that all we have is now. Each day we wake up is a blessing within itself. Each day is a new opportunity for each of us to be present, to try something new, to make amends, to pay it forward, to love, to laugh, to explore, to learn, to make mistakes, to grow from them, to spend time with people we love, to be a little kinder, to call and check in, to be grateful, and to do something we've always wanted, or at least take a step in the right direction to get us there. We must try and not take this for granted. Do the things that make you happy, let go of the fear of the unknown or the fear of being judged, and just do the things that light up your soul in this journey. Live fully. Love freely. Just live. Your happiness will in turn bring happiness to others, and you will have little to no regrets in your final days. Sorry about the length of the post, maybe I could have articulated it better, but I just wanted it to be food for thought. 😊
