Have you like me always wanted to be able to run a 5K but start the programme and never get round to finishing it?! My one goal for this year was to be able to run 5K and with the year flying in its time to get started with this goal.
So I've created an accountability group for us all to start week one at the same time (link in bio☝🏼) If we share tips, stories and the journey together we can be running 5K in no time and look amazing for Christmas losing lbs and toning along the way 😊

Part 13/20. Quest: The elusive One Arm Pull Up. 👊 I'm going to try some different exercises as a progress towards my goal. 😃 Lucky 🍀 13!! 👍 The one arm scapula pull up. As you can see I don't have great control of my body and the scapula pull is not that good. So I have to really work on this. In the video I do a small pull after scapula is retracted just to emphasise. 🙏 Pros: Humbling. A small movement can do so much. Good for general coordination and also shoulder health. Cons: Heavy and hard to do right (but that is a pro too 🐝-cause I want to get better). 🙏🙏 Hope it helps towards the goal 🥅 😂
