CHANGING UP MEALS AND SNACK TIMES :
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ The first meal could be for either lunch or dinner 🍴and the other post is for snacking either during the day or when I watch love island 🌴 🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🍴🌴🍴🌴🌴🌴🍴🌴🍴🍴🍴🍴🌴🌴
Sooooo the meal in the first photo was my LUNCH the other day, at the moment I've been have lunch at like 2-3pm as I'm waking up later soo all my meals delay!!!! ------- 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕------- This pizza is from Waitrose frozen section it's a meat feast and for half the pizza it's 451 calories for half!!! But I added extra light mature cheddar cheese 🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀and a large mushroom 🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄 as well as a small handful of green potted olives ....... then made a side salad 🥗 with cucumber 🥒🥒🥒🥒shredded carrot 🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕and baby tomatoes 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅( please note I ate the other half of the pizza 🍕, soo all together this meal was about 1000 calories) ....................................................... and note that it's okay to have pizza in moderation 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

When love island is on or after dinner I was like to usaul have something sweet weather it's an mini magnum or a orange ice lolly or 30grams of sweet and salt popcorn or a yummy bar. Either I have 1 or sometimes 2 of these in the evening!!! THESE SNACKS ARE :::: 1 del monte 100% orange juice Ice lolly which are soo refreshing, I bought them from Tesco they apparently class as 1 of your 5 a day!! Crazy 😜 🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊 then a almond and raisin Cacoa brownie bar from Aldi they hands down aren't as good as the peanut butter ones but still are good!!! Nomnomnom! Had myself a Snickers today. One of, if not, my most favorite candy bar out there. Did you know it was named after a horse when it was created in 1930? Yes, thats right, its bin out there for atleast 87 years and still counting under the same name. In the UK and Ireland it was named a Marathon bar for a long period, but now its rebranded into the original name all around the globe. Its also the best selling candybar in the world too this date. The recipe hasnt changed much in all those years either. Chocolat, roasted peanuts, caramal and nougat all in layers upon eachother. You can make it yourself if you want. Its not that hard and you can even find healtier recipes out there. But for me, the taste off a reall Snickers bar just cant be beat. Maybe i'll try out some recipes just for the fun off it though😀 In the meantime, i'll be chowing down on this puppy like a maddog. 😎 Oh wait... its gone allready. The only downside of these small wonders, is the speed they disapear with underneath my mustache😏
