The cauliflower that I used instead for rice was bad, the beets were not cooked long enough and the green beans were cooked to long. Needless to say I got got a new plate without the cauliflower rice and stuck with the rest. At least the pork was great! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀

Dressings are so easy to make, and I feel great knowing exactly what's in them. Comment below with your favorite dressing!
Yields: 1 cup - 4 (1/4 c.) servings per recipe
¾ c. extra virgin olive oil
¼ c. balsamic vinegar
2 t. brown sugar
1 T. garlic powder
½ t. salt
½ t. black pepper
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend together until smooth.
Fat: 42 grams
Carbs: 6 grams
