MY WEEK IN FOOD
I only decided to do this on Tuesday, hence why there's nothing for Monday!
This week I've eaten out 3 times and had a salad on 2 of those occasions. I planned ahead and decided what I was going to have and stuck to my guns, even though I was very tempted to have whatever the heck I wanted! You CAN have a social life and enjoy yourself, you just make sustainable choices and appreciate the company 😋 the experience with people you love is the point, not just the food. Although that's obviously awesome, too.
Where there's no breakfast shown, that means I had overnight oats.
Meals include salmon, Thai green chicken curry, endless salad and nachos 😍😍😍 Snacks include fruit, protein yogurt and granola, Cadbury dessert things and nestle peanut butter cups.
Aaaand it's moving day done plus day 7 of my 7 day blitz, finally feeling the caffeine withdrawal headache going and getting energy levels back up.
Feasting on a courgetti and chicken arrabita dish for dinner- I used @filippoberio_uk olive oil, diced chicken, capers, bell peppers, herbs and @waitrose tinned tomatoes to make this chicken sauce which is great with either pasta orrrr courgetti.
Я ни о чём не жалею, ни о чём)) Кто любит мясо? Я рыбу тоже очень люблю, особенно тунец, дораду и форель )) Но стейки это лав лав лав 👌🏻 А ещё вчера ходили в кино на Валериан и город тысячи планет ( вроде так😬), фильм крутой, Кара приятно удивила))
Pancake day 🇺🇸 is almost every day at my house.... 🙊 But today I took #sundaypancakes to the next level in the recipe with a new ingredient: squeezes of fresh grape. and it was a very big surprise cause it tasted very good!!!
4 cup almond milk
80 oat meal
half tsp baking powder
half vanilla pod
2 sp organic flour
juice from a half grape fruit
~ mix it and use coconut butter for baking. add fruit/berries and almond sirup or more grape juice on top 🐒🍊💥
