My prepared bread for lunch this day. English mustard (so much Better than the german one, because it's so spicy you will never have a cold again 😉), tofu, salad, falafel and humus.
Because I posted so many falafel inspirations this week I will add my recipe:
1 3/4 cup chickpea flour

1/4 cup self made mixture of chickpea 	flour, chia seeds and amaranth

2 TBSP olive oil

1 clove garlic

INGREDIENTS 🍥 Potato – 500 g 🍥 Pumpkin – 200 g
🍥 Onion – 150 g
🍥 Hard cheese – 100 g
🍥 Eggs – 2 pcs
🍥 Garlic – 2 cloves
🍥 Wheat flour – 2-3 tbsp
🍥 Salt, pepper – according to your taste
🍥 Oil for frying / not needed if you are using non-stick pan (suitable for frying without oiling)

DIRECTIONS 🍽️ Grate peeled potato, pumpkin and onion. Put into a bowl. 🍽️ Grate cheese and add it to the bowl with rest of grated ingredients.
🍽️ Squeeze garlic to the bowl.
🍽️ Add eggs.
🍽️ Mix everything. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
🍽️ Add 2-3 tablespoons of wheat flour (adapt to your own vision and quantity of liquids, in order not to over or underdose).
🍽️ Mix it again thoroughly.
🍽️ Warm up the frying pan. Add small amount of oil (or no oil) according to the type of your pan. In my case, I’ve used 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil.
🍽️ Pour and scoop with a spoon (or other kitchenware), try to keep the thickness of approximate 0.5 cm. Fry flapjacks on a medium heat for about several minutes each side. Use lid when frying.
🍽️ Serve with your desired sauce.

Ok... Weigh in today Verdict = Your body is at 247. My body fat percentage is down. It keeps going down. She did say that I'm holding 8 lbs of water. So, if I drop the 8 lbs my weight will go down. I'm on track and looking good with the jogging & lifting. Which I know I'm building muscle so I'm not tripping on my weight. Just tripping on the fact I'm holding that much water again. ( my other doctor still seems to think I don't need water pills but this doctor seems to think other wise.) Anyways everything is moving forward. I did my 5k today. And I wanted to post Jameason's pictures from yesterday. He said he could just hop on and run 5mph lol. Well, he worked he way up to 4mph and get him his first 1 mile in 18:46. I wanted to stop way before the mile but I wouldn't let him. He was my inspiration today to try and get my miles under 18mins.lol Yeah, I tried. But it's all good. They did tell me I do need to take at least one day off a week for a rest day. I said... Um... Nah maybe after January 12th. I'll think about it. But I'm doing good. It’s not easy and I’m starting to looking up with admiration to all professional athletes and also bodybuilders , there’s so much more effort in getting fit and strong than just putting in the hours at the gym. This time I’m unusually committed. I took it like a long term challenge rather than a few weeks of restraint. So I kicked ass as I was creeping my speed up little by little tonight. Warmed up by 2mph. You know, gotta get these hips moving. Then jump right into 3 then 3.5. I put my music on #streophonics #maybetomorrow then 3.7 then 3.9 music just going. Songs just blasting in my ears. Got #linkinpark in my head. #tearsdownmyface #sweatdrippin too. ( yeah, linkinpark takes me their n so many ways.) Anyway Was gonna stop at my #5k But then the music kept coming so I just kept going. And the speed kept going 4.2 4.5 4.8 then 5mph. And I stopped at 4.18 which sucks with #ocd lol I should of went 4.20lol but it's all good. I got my burn in. Till tomorrow. I weigh in too.
