Tartelette oignons chèvre
Ingrédients : - 3 oignons
- Huile d’olive
- 3 cuillères à soupe de sucre roux
- 25 cl de vin rouge
- 1 pâte feuilletée
- 6 palets de chèvre Soignon
- 1 oeuf
1. Émincez les oignons et faites les revenir dans une poêle chaude avec un filet d’huile d’olive.
2. Salez, poivrez et ajoutez le sucre, le thym et le vin rouge. Mélangez et laissez caraméliser à feu doux pendant quelques minutes.
3. Avec un emporte-pièce ou un verre, formez des cercles dans la pâte feuilletée.
4. Disposez les cercles de pâte feuilletée sur une plaque de cuisson, déposez une cuillère à soupe d'oignons caramélisés et un palet de chèvre Soignon par tartelette.
5. Avec un pinceau, étalez de l’œuf sur les parties apparentes de la pâte feuilletée et enfournez 25 minutes à 180 °C. Saupoudrez de thym et servez !

Growing up in Vancouver, we had so many choices of authentic Vietnamese restaurants to access a delicious heartwarming bowl of pho. Lacking authentic pho in Hong Kong, @kevintam17 took matters in his own hands and opened up Fûhn to share (with lucky HKers) what a good bowl of Vancouver pho tastes like! The soup was so flavorful without being salty, the noodles have a perfect chew, and the beef is also high quality imported Angus beef from the US. Wish Fûhn was in New York!!! * *
