#franconianotch last weekend was a rollercoaster ride. We finally emerged atop the ridgeline to be greeted with views of... the inside of a cloud. But towards the end it cleared and we got the foliage views we came for. 🍁🍂🍃 #fallfoliage#newhampshire#getoutdoors

Sadly, the Snowman movie was no WAY as good as the book & left us a bit "meh" - but it was amazing to see beautiful Bergen on the big screen! Can't wait to come back in 2018 @hgillow @kgkloster @jgillow 💚💙❤️ #mytinyatlas#iamtb
One of the reasons I love hitting the road is all the wildlife you see up here; pull onto the side and just watch. Watch these incredible animals eat, socialize with one another or frolick back into the bush. It's never a dull moment.
pretty cool how being outdoors in God’s creation for me usually brings up things i’d otherwise be too distracted or busy to think so deeply about. lately it’s been having to do with things i think matter in contrast to things that really don’t matter, when i’m content with what & who i have. that old saying “nature is a teacher” is so true. 🍂
Today I joined @animal_ocean to go seal snorkeling in Hout Bay, I love the ocean and I usually jump at every opportunity I get be in the ocean and experience it’s natural beauty. Seeing these incredible creatures up close and in their natural habitat is something I highly recommend every go experience. We all need to do our piece to protect our oceans and all animals that live in it! #ocean#conservation#protect#seal#snorkeling#capetown#southafrica#nature
There’s a whole world beneath the surface 🌎 This was taken just over a year ago, and while I’d like to say I planned the sexiness of this shot, I was actually trying to get my hair untangled from the Velcro in my wetsuit 😜 I was raw from a recent break up and fortunately had the opportunity to teach in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico where I traveled by myself. Flying solo I was able to drop inward, focus and begin to heal. I explored the cenotes and was particularly fond of this one which was a huge underground spring called Pet Cemetery. This was the entrance and to the right is where we submerged in the water to swim the majority of the tour, winding through a maze of stalactites - some of which left just enough space for your head to pass under with your nose just above the surface. It was dark and it was gorgeous and like nothing I had ever seen. It was quite the metaphor for my life at the time. #happyhumpday#reflection#exploremore
