Pretty pumped about quad progress lately! Went extra hard tonight on them with lots of quady drop sets and supersets then finished with 21's on leg extension (7 toes neutral, 7 toes pointed inward, 7 toes pointed outward). Anyways, the legs is jellllyyyy so time to eat da foooodz

Day one of #lgfallchallenge done! 💪🏻 my fitness goal is to be consistent!! I'm not expecting to do every single workout (especially since I will be traveling for 1.5 weeks of the challenge!) but I am going to make an effort to move everyday and meet my step goal! 💪🏻 my nutrition goal is to try 3 new recipes each week! Fall is such a fun time to try new recipes 🎃 (these pumpkin oatmeal choc chip muffins were the first new recipe this week! 🤤) and finally, my personal goal is to save money 😬 not so fun, but needed since we have some major purchases coming up in the future 🏠 and I want my student loans to be GONE 👋🏻

Feelin myself enough to take a gym selfie these days are far & few in between now that I'm no longer lean bean for the stage. It's taking A LOT for me currently to love how I look in anything.
Arms & back (where I store most of my bf) have filled out leaving me with very few lines I was used to seeing these past few months, my cheeks have filled out 😒, & legs & booty are back to filling in my pantalones 🍑
Thing is- I am sitting about where I was before I started prepping & at THAT point I was 100% SO COMFORTABLE in my own skin that I thought this wouldn't happen to me post show prep. Prep sends your mind through a MAJOR trip I tell ya!
But I am sticking to my reverse plan as life comes at me! This past month felt like a whirlwind of being not 100% with a week in NYC, then getting sick last week for a few days, & have a trip to Disneyland this coming weekend!😀
& that's how I have personally chosen to go about it.
SO this week I have decided I will be kinder to myself & not hermit for fear & anxiety that I don't look the same as I did while in prep & someone will say something causing me to have a major meltdown (don't EVER be that person to anyone, mmmk pumpkin?😉)

Today was a shitty day. Cried on public transit. 0/10 do not recommend. Still somehow made it to the gym and I'm so glad that I did, I felt much better by the time I left
I spent an hour working with a trainer tonight, and thought I'd go give 10 more minutes before I hit the showers. I'm still not sure what happened
Meet Ainslee. Ainslee started training with us in May of this year in our beginner lifters program, Strength 101. Prior to starting she had very minimal barbell experience but took to it like a duck to water. Within the last 5 month’s being coached by PB Fit, Ainslee has competed in her first Strongman competition as well as Powerlifting. Last weekend was her first proper testing and she pulled some amazing numbers.
Squat ➡️ 130kg
Bench ➡️ 80kg
Deadlift ➡️ 125kg
This is what is possible with training diligence and consistency. Awesome work @msradicaledward
