SHOULDAAAA CIRCUIT ⭐️💪🏼🎥
i did this circuit at the end of my shoulder / arm day this week and LOVEEEED it. TRX bands have slowly become a favorite of mine to add into upper body days. SWIPE ➡️ and do these 4 exercises with no rest in between; 3-4 sets x 10 reps each and let me know how ya feel the next day 😈

#flashbackfriday to June time traveling around Europe with my sista🌍 I feel blessed to be able to have travelled as much as I did this year and half of it wasn’t even planned🤦🏽♀️ but those are the best type of trips, the unplanned. The let’s just go and see what happens type of trips. I took EVERY opportunity I had when it came to travelling this year (sometimes you won’t always be able to do that) so you have to grab those opportunities when they come to you because if you don’t.. you don’t wanna look back and say “what if I went?”✨

Finished the final week of my current training block and tomorrow marks exactly 20 weeks out. Keeping prep pretty steady at the moment before Christmas then things will be amping up 😜

Even tho i train everything from upperbody together now in 1hour/2hours max,1time a week, i still keep it all balanced.
Normally i did every group separate for 1hour.
So did avarage 6exercices for 1musclegroup, now 2or 3max.
