🔥BEST BURNOUT ON DELOAD LEG PRESS🔥 Holyyyy. Hell.... did this kill my lower body. 5 deload sets starting at 230lbs. I'm not even gunna do the math for all the sets cause blood has drained my brain and into my legs as we speak. Got mad mad love for trainers G and Patrick for ALWAYS pushing me to my potential. First time squatting in a few months. I had to take a break from squats due to my lower back injury (Getting an MRI Saturday). Luckily I was able to squat today because I wasn't having any pain. Hopefully I'll be able to squat more often after the doctor figures out what is causing my sciatica. I want to give a shoutout to @a.j.m_fitness and thank him for all of the support! Managed to do my favourite glute exercise -hip thrusts!! 😍🙌🏼🍑🎉 I did 5 sets of 12reps, within a minute and using whatever time is left within that minute as rest , then when the next minute begins- so do you!! 🐶💗 She is the reason why I never make it to the gym in the morning! 👀 I was supposed to work out this morning but I kept sleeping instead. 🙈 My #1 piece of advice for getting up early to work out is to go to bed early. 🐶💗 She is the reason why I never make it to the gym in the morning! 👀 I was supposed to work out this morning but I kept sleeping instead. 🙈 My #1  piece of advice for getting up early to work out is to go to bed early. Week 4 of my glute growth:

I am feeling much stronger and i am able to feel it when i do normal everyday activities, such as walking and sitting down. I am lifting about 130lbs on machines currently.

Post glute day🍑 after a shitty day at work I most definitely didn’t feel like working out. But I pushed myself even through the discouragement. I always start with a 15 minute spin workout (on leg or glute days) and the only way I like to workout legs is super setting. Makes it easier to make use of equipment at my gym. Anyways today I do back, my second fav day🤙🏼#gluteday#supersets#booty🍑

Leg day without glute activation at the beginning?! I DONT THINK SOOO. Taking 5 minutes as part of your warm up to basically say to your glutes 'wake tf up, it's your time to shine' will make a hell of a big difference to your glute progress. i've tripped 10 times today, i felt rushed all morning, i've spilled coffee and protein, felt rushed at the gym, my headphones died, forgot my lunch and was late to class -- all before lunch today. lol this happens. i almost didn't go to the gym. i told myself i just needed to chill and relax before class instead of try and get in a workout. LOL bc i got my shit together and i had the best leg/glute day i've maybe ever had. moral of the story, don't make excuses. if you're able to get there- do it. you miss 100% of the shots you don't take 😜

When hubs videos....even though I asked him to video from the SIDE so it would be less aggressive. Oh well🤷🍑i get asked so much "how much do you squat" "how heavy do you lift" guys I really dont. I only have 35lbs on each side in this....i lift to FEEL it, not for the number. Make EVERY rep count! Don't focus on the number of reps you can do at a certain weight. Focus on squeezing and FEELING every rep! Ask any of my girl friends who've lifted with me if you ask me "how many" I will always respond with "i don't know, til I can't do it with good form anymore" I don't have the body type that benefits from low rep high weight, I notice changes when I lift with a moderate weight for more reps and til failure every time (atleast leg and glute wise)
