One of my favorite parts about weight lifting is that really, you can shape your body however you want, to a certain extent, of course, genetics play into this as well. Want a bigger butt? You can do that with eating PLENTY of food, lifting heavy and targeting your glutes. Want to have the appearance of an hourglass figure? Grow your glutes, back and shoulders ⌛️ through eating lots, lifting heavy and targeting those specific muscles. ⠀⠀⠀

Not to say that these things happen quickly, not even close! I still have a long long ways to go. But slowly, building muscle in the right places will help give you the aesthetic look that you are going for. ⠀⠀⠀

But, as always, consistency and patience are the main ingredients. ⠀⠀⠀

Long story short, that is what I am aiming for! That is why I train glutes twice a week and I work my back and shoulders so much. I am still working on cutting to a certain body fat percentage (not that I feel I NEED to, but because it’s a goal I said I was going to reach, and so I am sticking to that). Once I reach that body fat percentage in the next couple months, I’ll be able to bump up my calories and macros to add in the “Eat lots of food” part and will be able to grow grow grow those muscles even more efficiently! Stay tuned to see the progress unfold 🤗 ⠀⠀⠀

Noen ganger er det elementer rundt som drar energien ut av deg. Da må man enten justere på aktiviteten eller presse seg gjennom planen likevel. Det gjelder å finne riktig balanse. For restitusjon og hvile er en meget viktig del av planen det også.....og så vet man at man klarer litt mer enn man tror...😉 Vet du hvordan man lager en plan som inneholder gode øvelser, progresjon, restitusjonstid, balanse mellom kondisjon og styrke?

Ngl, I found it very awkward at first but with practice I improved. I performed 5 sets of 15 on each leg and the burn was sensational. Give it a try guys ✨✨

Every day I hear excuses why people can't start working out when all you need is from 40 min to one hour in the gym to start building your "dream body". Just adjust your schedule! No one us going to do it for you.

So many whining about 9 - 5 jobs people hate, but meanwhile unwilling to invest any of their free time in their dreams and ideas. They rather go have a drink after work or party on a weekend than start doing little steps towards their "dream job" or "a certain lifestyle" every single day.

Understand something... if all you do is whine and find excuses, you are NOT serious about your #GOALS . Once you put all thus bullshit behind and start moving, only then you'll eventually get where you want to be in your life.

Morning 👌Legday 🔥I do like to superset or triset when I train. 💪I've been working on building my glutes for over two years. It's only when I look back at where I was to present day I can see the progress. It will take at least another year, I am in no rush, I'm looking forward to what I learn along the way. For me training is about overall fitness, balance and mindset. This triset is a new one, I have been integrating glute bridges into my workout and I can really feel the benefit.

Monday ✅ Leg day ✅ Great start to the week ✅. I only did one weighted exercise tonight and kept it to a resistance band workout which I really enjoy doing and good to switch it up once in a while. Monday ✅ Leg day ✅ Great start to the week ✅. I only did one weighted exercise tonight and kept it to a resistance band workout which I really enjoy doing and good to switch it up once in a while. 🍑DEFICIT SQUATS🍑  One of my favourite exercises to work my entire lower body. Different from a regular goblet squat or bar squat, this exercise puts less emphasis on those quads, and more emphasis on your abductors and posterior side 🍑🍑🍑. 🔑KEY POINTS:
1️⃣ Get on an elevated surface that allows you to bring the weight below your feet. The depth in this exercise is 🔑 to get a nice stretch in your hamstrings and enable better glute activation than your regular squat 
2️⃣ Maintain an upright posture with your chest up and back straight at all times 
3️⃣Your knees will have the tendency to cave in. Do your best to DRIVE THEM OUT!!!
4️⃣Squeeze the 💩out your 🍑 at the top!!! 💪🏼 Recommended REP RANGE: 4 sets of 10-12

Holy 💪🏻and 🍑 on 🔥. At work I had some down time and did 10 squats every hour 😜. After dinner did 2 rounds of @laurengleisberg lower body strength AND glute 🍑activation! Oh.Em.Gee!!! Then did #tiustudioapp arms workout! Lol 😂I was doing good until the push-ups hit me! My nephew ❤️enjoyed watching @karenadawn arms workout while we were finishing up! He did not want it the workout to finish. @swooley223 
Meals were in point being #lcg today! No sugar or chocolate cravings. I did try @vitalproteins in my coffee this morning. For some reason I felt a difference in my body in a good way.
