Don’t quit. Life has a tendency to knock you down from time to time, but as long as you get up one more time… YOU WIN.
I get knocked down all of the time. In my property business I can get knocked down by council, finance lenders, or unforeseen costs. In my growth coaching business I can get knocked down by people not valuing what I offer.
Mentally I am prepared for disappointments and determined to not let it beat me.

Yesterday I had planned to go for a run and then train abs. However, my body wanted something else and gave me a migraine that kept me in the couch most of the day 😖
Today @this_feisty_fit_mama reminded me to "wake up each morning with a new purpose, a goal and a positive mindset", so that's just what I'll do! Today will be a great day! 💟 .
Over the past month a lot of good things have happened to me. I have had new people come into my life who have been able to help me take a step closer to where I want to be. A person who I would really like to thank is @jamescider this talented guy has been helping me produce all of my latest content over the past month and he is honestly the best in the business around christchurch. I know what I'm doing is different and not really normal in New Zealand but it is a way for me to get to where I want to be and really do want to thank the people who are supporting me day in day out. The deadlift has to be my favourite lift. Spending some time today using a light weight and going over certain reminders I have for myself before the lift to keep my technique in check. Certain points I look at are; My feet position, hand position. A nice neutral spine. Engaging the lats. Taking the "slack" of the bar keeping it close to my shins. A deep breath to help I keep a tight core and LIFT. So after my second puncture, (I've had 5 altogether over the last 7 rides) I decided last night to pump up the punctured inner tube and do a bit of "detective work"
So, the hole in the tube was rim facing, so Removed the tyre from the wheel; double checked to make sure there was no foreign bodies in it - there were none.
I then removed the wheel lining, there was nothing in that either and believe it or not there was nothing on the wheel surface either!
So this morning, riding to work setting a great pace too feeling pretty happy with my progress. I got about 1/2 a kilometre from the office ANOTHER PUNCTURE!! 🖕
This now totals 6 punctures in the last 7 rides, I can honestly say that, this is completely unbelievable!
So any one with any advice I really would be very grateful for your knowledge please.
