Workouts that fuel your fire and ignite your passion are what you should strive for.
Workouts don’t have to be boring or long, they an be whatever you make them. They can be hiit, they can be weights, they can be bodyweight, they can be cardio, they can be anything and any combination of things that allow you to feel energized and passionate about your health.
Your workouts should be based around your goals and how you want to feel. They shouldn’t be something that you absolutely dread doing (because who is going to stay consistent with something they dread? Not me!)
Play around with what you do for exercise and I promise that you will fall in love with different training styles! A YEAR AGO, I didn't know exactly what this accountability thing would all entail.
Would it push me way out of my comfort zone?
Would it be adding more work to my already busy life?
Would I be able to follow the meal plan while feeding 3 toddlers?
Well I realized that learning is the art of living well and sometimes it's better to jump in with both feet and turn up the details as we go.
Are you thinking you don't have time? Or are you thinking you can't make an investment in your own health? .
Everyday goes by so fast and everyday we are one day older. Maintaining and improving our health and lifestyle is never going to get easier. It's never going to get cheaper. And its never more important than making today a priority because today will effect all the days to come! There really is no better time than now to make the commitment to yourself and a life of health and happiness. .
Take it from a busy mom of 3, I can't afford NOT to make 30 minutes a day for me. It improves my relationships, it allows me to not only keep my sanity but to grow in patience and confidence, it's helping my immune system and I feel stronger at 32 than I have in my entire life. Don't let those age or weight #s define you or limit you, YOU are WORTH it!!!!
If your ready to do something in which you will see results, feel amazing, and know that you are getting healthy the healthy way through nutrition and exercise and mindset, then you need to be a part of our accountability group!!!
