If you are looking to lose weight, change shape, tone up ect... and it’s not working, do you blame everything other then yourself for not getting the results you are after? Maybe YOU don’t, but deep down and IMO, not enough people are honest enough with themselves to realise it might actually be the them that’s to blame.... Not the trainer, Not the classes you’re attending, not the online plan (which is probably really good) that’s at fault, but IT’S the person
When people don’t get results what do they normally do first?they go searching for another option... a new trainer, a different class, a new diet to follow, and guess what the same thing keeps happening... And the cycle keeps repeating itself. Sound familiar to you? Well Then Maybe your one of these people, maybe you need to own up for your actions? maybe you need to stop lying to yourself? maybe you need to look at yourself first? before looking to blame everyone and everything else for not achieving your desired results. Maybe you need to stop chasing all the answers from everywhere else because really, it all comes down to you. You can chase the best meal plan you can find, you can chase after the best trainer or the best classes you think are out there, but unless you ARE willing to CHANGE your habits, then you will keep repeating the same stupid cycle over & over. —�—�—�—�—�—�—�—�—�—�—�—�
STOP chasing after the next best thing & just work on improving yourself first, your honesty, your actions, your commitment, your work ethic, do this and you might get somewhere. At the end of the day the ONLY person you can blame for failed results or great achievement, is guess who?... YOURSELF.
