Not sure when the first picture was taken but it was maybe just under 2 years ago. Wasn't happy with my body as I was still carrying the weight I gained at uni. Second picture taken today. Getting happier with my body every day. Still not 100%, but getting there. From a dress/jean size 14, to a 10. Quitting drinking and going vegan has probably been the best thing I've done this year, it's helped with my fitness so much! My six pack is hiding in there somewhere!! 💪🏻🏃🏼♀️🏊🏻♀️🏋🏼♀️
Plagued with small back to back injuries that have kept me from my passion the last couple week... Last night I got back to it, embraced the pain, and got shit done. Worked up to 585 x 1 on squats and 315x12 on bench. It was a decent day. Ready to rebuild and take what's mine in 2018... Videos will be resuming soon✊🏽

I was going to go to 2 fitness classes, but ended up leaving after one. My legs just physically can't! So tomorrow I'm taking an early recovery day.
