I have been giving my right wrist a break the last several weeks due to severe pain and weakness from training so much. If you don’t know, both my wrists are severely limited due to many broken bones and injuries from being a professional extreme sports athlete when I was a teen, my right wrist being Far worse.
It has bone grafts from my pelvic bone, titanium screws and pins, removed bone all together due to arthritis and necrosis, and extensive repair work to ligaments and tendons to the point where my 4 right fingers are actually “tied together” inside making it impossible to move each finger individually .
That doesn’t mean I’m not going to try 🙏🏽💪🏽
