I'm a month and a half in. The goal is to get to 170lbs by December 2018. My current focus is to balance my body setting up a solid infrastructure to add lbs to. The biggest challenge has been diet. I miss sugar and pizza, but I feel so great. #gymstuff
Ps. Protein shake toots are smelly.
